Our experience with Sidonian was very positive. They responded quickly, the next day, to a tree that was falling due to high winds. The clean-up after was great! Outside of a few ruts in the yard due to the spring rains and the weight of their equipment, everything was fantastic. And the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use Sidonian again for any tree issues we may have.

We used Sidonian Tree Service to take down a large oak tree in our backyard that was about 95’ tall. Ashley and his crew expertly removed the tree that had to be lifted with a crane over our house. They work with a stump grinding company that came quickly after our tree was removed to grind the stump. Sidonian used a remote-controlled scissor lift to reach the top of our tree for removal, and then they got to work trimming up the rest of our trees – 11 in total. They were really efficient, and even after a full day of work, they took the time to meticulously clean up our yard. We definitely recommend using Sidonian Tree Service if you need trees removed or trimmed.

Good experience with Sidonian Tree Service, they cut down our 5 trees that were 45’ + tall. Ashley and his crew work well together, they were quick and had the appropriate equipment to do the job effectively. They cleaned up well. I recommend this company.

I recently had leaf filters installed at my primary resident. The salesman Alde was a friendly guy and assured me that they are the best seamless gutter company in existence. I then scheduled and had the installation the following week. The Installers arrived and began installation. They were very friendly and one of the workers had his young son helping. We talked and laughed until I noticed the soffit they were installing were very clean on one side but filthy on the other side. I asked his son to see it and he hesitated until I asked him to turn it over. He then flipped them, and I saw they had painted my old soffit and was reusing them. I immediately was upset and said, "I paid for new material so why are you using the old material?" "He said the company didn't order enough stock" I said why didn't you tell me what you were doing?" "You are taking advantage of me, and I don't appreciate it!" He made a phone call and said they will be back the next day with new material. They did return and replaced with new material. I wanted and inspection to be sure that the rest of the home was new material. I called the Maumee office and spoke with Katlyn. She scheduled me for 4-6pm inspection. Bruce called back and said, "inspections are only done in the A.M". I said, "I work" He said "they will only come out in the morning." I scheduled the appointment for 8am and asked for corporate number. Jack said I cannot speak with corporate and when I called the corporate number it sends me to Maumee, Ohio office. I'm not satisfied with the shiesty behavior of this company or their contracted workers. They are in this together the lack of concern when you call to complain. I will be pursuing this issue to be sure no one else is taken advantage of. Please share story.

Tabitha made our decision an easy one!! Our house did not have gutters when we bought it, and we spent two years shopping around to find the right gutter company. When Tabitha came to our house, we knew we had the found the right person to help us. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We are so happy with our new leaf filter gutters and guards. The financing process was easy, and our new gutters were installed within three days of receiving our estimate. Hopefully we'll never even need the lifetime warranty that comes with them, but that peace of mind having it is priceless. Good, Bad & the Ugly
1st the good: it does keep leaves & junk out of your gutter.
The bad: small debris accumulates on top, especially cottonwood fuzz! This blocks water from getting thru the screen. Yes you WILL have to climb a ladder with a brush to get it off or water runs right over it & OFF the gutter. Basically as if you have NO gutter at all.
The ugly: in winter snow & ice builds up on top, I had about 5”+ of solid ice on top, too thick to get off. Water ran right off, onto my wood deck ruining the finish. I had to wait till spring so I could break it up & throw chunks off… again climbing a ladder.
For the price: keep in mind the material is not some space age miracle, just panel frame ‘sections’ with probably stainless screen. It installs really fast. They did not inspect my gutters & I had already cleaned them… They quoted a ridiculous price. Divide the price by linear ft to see how much they are charging for material & labor. Shouldn’t be a fortune. I had to dicker. And ask yourself what may get ruined by the runoff & if you’re ok climbing a ladder to clean off.

The Salesman and installer were very professional and nice. It was a very good experience.

Snow covered the work so I couldn't get a good look at it. Leaks will have to be caulked in the spring.

The installer did a great job! Was on time and did the extra things I asked him to do like clean the front of the gutters on the front of the house. And fix a gutter that leaked!

Cheryl was very helpful knows her business she needs a raise.

Carter worked in terrible conditions. Never got up to freezing. My gutters look great.

The project was done all in one day. Installers were professional. There was a little gutter debris found in the yard after the first hard rain storm. I'm very satisfied with the job overall. I'm hoping the leaves will not give me gutter problems in the future.

Service was prompt and polite, they mostly cleaned up after themselves. I really wish they would have left a receipt that I paid them large amount of money.
