House Cleaning reviews in New Philadelphia, Ohio

I am so disappointed in getting Shoup’s to clean my tile and grout. They advertise grout cleaning but then tell me they really don’t have anything to clean grout with. Had someone come and look at my small kitchen area and was told the workers would move the table and the grout didn’t look that bad and thought it would get clean. Workers were in a hurry and grout was clean in some areas and others not clean. Called them to say how disappointed I was with the cleaning and then was told they can’t really clean grout! Paid high dollar for my very small area and will have to clean it myself!

They are very prompt and very courteous. And are understanding when you have a crisis in your home.

Don't take your car here to get the inside cleaned. They are carpet cleaners for a reason And NOT Car interior Cleaners they shouldn't have had me bring my car in saying they are going to clean fabric glass and vinyl. The only good thing my driver side seat and passenger seat were cleaned Okay. But my back seat wasn't really clean. So bottom line is they can clean seats but NOT all the interior stuff. And to come to an agreeable price for the work they did was a challenge. The lady at front desk was not really customer friendly. Best Regards to you guys.

Professional and friendly service! We had them clean and deodorize our sofa and loveseat after they got smoke damaged from a house fire. Now it smells and looks great! Would recommend Shoup's Cleaning!

Everyone that works there is exceptional!! They have been able t to turn 100yr old hand stitched embroideries back to like new condition... I would recommend them for all your cleaning needs!

Shoup’s did and amazing job on our newly purchased house. The carpets looked tan and by the time Shoup’s were done we were amazed by how light the carpets actually were. Highly recommend

1 extra star because they were kind and they were prompt on scheduling and getting the quote. After that, though was not professional. I scheduled before our newborn was due. They called to cancel that due to some of their equipment breaking. A week before the next appointment attempt, they called to cancel and move days again. We try to be flexible. Stuff happens. So then the third date comes and they are supposed to arrive at 1:30. They text at 1:00 that they will be late and it will be 3:30. 3:00 comes and they call to cancel completely saying someone has a broken foot and there’s a worker shortage. At that point, I just cancelled completely. We’d already completely cleaned out all of the kid stuff from our living room and moved furniture for them. Very frustrating. We try to be flexible and understanding but 3 cancels is too many.
