I would definitely recommend this Home Inspector. My family is building a new house and had a short window of time where I could have Mike come do an inspection before the drywall was installed. He came out to our house quickly and not only thoroughly inspected the house when the wind chill seemed to be below 0, he took the time to explain everything that he was looking at and why certain things he was flagging were important. The contractor fixed all of the issues and we are on the way to finishing the house soon!

I am purchasing a home from out of state, and Mike went out of his way to rearrange his schedule to accommodate a day I could drive in to be at my inspection in person. He was honest and professional, explained everything well, and answered my follow up questions days later. Excellent experience!

Mike Greer was a great inspector! He was thorough, detailed, and funny! He was able to walk me through each major system of the house and give tips on maintaining and/or repairing everything. He produced an excellent report that I still refer back to frequently. Highly recommend!
