We had eleven trees removed and had the stumps ground. Linger’s Lumberjacks was there as scheduled. They cleaned up the mess and could not have done a better job. They were also our lowest estimate. We would definitely use them again!

Lingers removed a giant pine tree that was next to our home- crew was extremely professional and the price was fantastic for such a large tree! It only took them a few hours- very impressed!

Excellent office staff and phenomenal tree service staff! Best pricing, top notch care for all property and cleaned up everything very well. Will hire again and would highly recommend this company's services to anyone! Thanks to all at Linger!

There are so many things to research when hiring a lumberjack. I checked with Lingers insurance company and the state worker's comp and they checked out (don't take my word on that, you should still do your own due diligence). They were affordable, on time, safe, and quick (other companies said it would take more time). Nelson and the woman I scheduled with were very helpful. Make sure you clarify exactly what will be taken care of and what won't be done by them (or any other lumberjack service) so you won't be surprised.

I had 8 trees removed today. The crew showed up on time, worked all day, cleaned up the mess from the trees and were impressive to watch. Great bunch of guys that know their trade. Three of the trees were close to structures and a challenge to remove. Not one branch hit a building. I would recommend if you have tree work.

The workers were rude and yelling at my husband. The homeowner told them to cut Everything down, my husband tried explaining that the property was surveyed and the weren’t allowed to cut on our side of stakes. The man swore and told him that he was doing this job for 30 years and those were not surveyor sticks. Cops needed to be called and he lied straight face to cops.

Professional all the way. Had 2 large pines way too close to the house. These guys got them down and not so much as a branch on my house. Other than the trees being gone you couldn't tell they were even here. Fast and efficient. Excellent service

We've dealt with this company twice, and were left unhappy both times. The work that they did was fine, but we were unhappy with their pricing practices. The first time we were having some large trees removed, and when they quoted us a price we were told that we would have to pay extra for a bucket truck. When they did the job they did not use the bucket truck. We mentioned that, and they did give us a small discount, so we decided to use them for another job. We needed to have some brush chipped and removed from our property, and we got a written quote for a reasonable price. When we called to have the job done, we were told that they were too busy, and if we wanted it done it would cost us more than double what was quoted. They refused to honor the quote, and we opted to go with another company.

We have used Linger’s Lumberjacks twice over the last few years. The first time we thought they did a good job on our trees, but we found the crew to be entirely unprofessional as we looked out our kitchen window and saw half the crew sitting on our patio & deck furniture taking a smoke/lunch break while the other half worked in our trees - flicking their cigarette ashes all over our deck and patio. They clearly have no respect for the property of others.

Recently we were forced to use their services again because we had broken tree branches hanging over our children’s play area in the backyard and they were the only tree service that could come out quickly - believe me we called everyone else we could think of because we didn’t want to use these guys again if we didn’t have to. Once again - we looked out our kitchen window and saw a totally unprofessional crew climbing on our children’s swing set and swinging on the swings - mind you we are in the middle of the COVID pandemic & already disinfecting everything our kids touch constantly! You would think this company would train their crew that it’s totally unacceptable to touch anything on a customer’s property because of the risk involved during this time especially.

Needless to say after 2 bad experiences with these guys we will never use their services again or recommend them to anyone.

Just had another outstanding experience with a Linger crew. They handled several very difficult dead Ash extractions with no damage to anything on my property. They are a class act. (April 2019).

Just used them for the first time. The guys were professional and did a nice job. They came out earlier than expected. The only knock is they showed up unannounced to do the work despite being told I would get a call the day before when I scheduled the work. They could not finish in one day due to having the wrong crane and was told I would get a call from the office to schedule the other tree and yet again they showed up unannounced. I mentioned to the crew leader my displeasure and he said I was not the only one this has happened to. Luckily we were home both times with no plans. Despite this hickup we will use them again if needed for any more future tree work.

Linger's removed a huge oak tree from my backyard. It was not in an easy location. It was close to the house, blocked by a neighbor's tree's branches, a foot from a deck and an outbuilding, with wires on either side of it. They showed up right on time, were very efficient and skilled in the removal, and cleaned up afterwards which even included blowing off the roof. They were also very careful to make sure that the crane was situated on my front yard and did not have to be in neighbors yard or on my driveway. They put mats down and I could barely tell where the crane had been. The only sign was the grass was matted a little. The crew was polite and friendly. There was a small mix up with firewood being cut, but Nelson made it right and more! I also had the stump ground out a week later. He was also wonderful, did a great job and even blew the sawdust off my deck when he was done.

There are not enough words to express how absolutely amazing & fantastic Linger’s Lumberjacks is!! From Debbie in the office, to Scott, the best scheduler, Todd, who came out to give me an estimate & was soo wonderful, and to the fantastic crew who did the work removing 8 huge Pine Trees; Jason, the Foreman, Jim, Murph, Caleb, Jake, & Quaid! They were so very kind, courteous & extremely nice. They worked hard and did an absolutely FANTASTIC AMAZING JOB⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I couldn’t be more happier!!! This Company is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I had used them once before & was sooo extremely happy & soo impressed with the job they did that I absolutely wanted just them again for this other job! And the crew can’t say enough wonderful things about Nelson Linger, the wonderful owner of this Company. In this day and age it is soo hard to find such a wonderful company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! I sincerely thank them all & appreciate their dedication to their work. They absolutely take pride in treating their customers soo wonderfully & in the great job they do. I’m soo extremely appreciative. I ABSOLUTELY SO VERY VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND LINGER’S LUMBERJACKS. If you use them I absolutely guarantee you will never ever be disappointed - Never!!! I was very pleased with the removal of 2 trees at my home. The
Crew was professional , and knew exactly what to do to take down
My huge tree that was sitting 6-8 inches from my wood fence.
They even raked up all the leaves, I'm very pleased with the work they provided.

We had a massive gingko tree removed from our front yard. The Linger's crew showed up early which is great in my book! They worked fast and safely to remove the tree. They also cleaned up the mess they had made cutting the tree down prior to leaving! We would be happy to call them again when we are ready to have any other trees removed. We are having the stump ground at a later date by them as well. Overall a great experience having them do all of the work and we recommend them highly!

They helped me in a pinch with a tree branch that fell. That experience was good. Then I called back for a quote on removing a pile of branches. This would take them maybe a half hour. They quoted me $530!!!! For one pile of branches to be removed. Nopeeeeee especially when I called 3 other places and none were over $100.

Very professional group of guys from the intitial phone call to the last man off site. I had a large tree removed along with another one trimmed back they did the job and knew what they were doing. I will recommend them to my friends and family for sure. UPDATE: 4/9/21 Just had them remove a tree from our fence line and once again they were prompt and professional will be using them again in the future. If you are looking for a quality company that is reliable look no further than Lingers.

What a great company! We had a honey locust tree that needed to come down due to the roots were beginning to make their way under the foundation. Received an excellent quote from Todd for tree removal and stump/root grinding. This tree was approx. 100 feet tall and they had it down, branches and limbs ground up, grounds and patio cleand up in 2 hours! We couldn't believe it! They work so well together. Would highly recommend!

I had 4 spruce trees removed yesterday. I have used Linger's before, price was reasonable, the cleanup good, and I left a nice review. Yesterday's job was quick and sloppy. Branches and debris were dropped and kicked under the remaining spruce. Using a blower to blow leaves over the debris doesn't hide it, I picked up a whole wheelbarrow full. I had to go around the fence and into the neighbors yard to get more branches. Ruts in the yard, and the guy nearly took out my bush, because he doesn't know how to back in a trailer. Unseated the landscaping timbers I have which contain the gravel at the end of the driveway. They moved a huge cast iron flowerpot, which I didn't mind, but they did not replace it and left it right in front of my garage door! I had to ask my son to help me move it. I will need to plant grass in part of the yard, because the lawn is destroyed. I am 65 yrs old, and I would say, don't get them if you aren't able to spend time cleaning up their mess afterwards.

Linger's Lumberjacks crew did an excellent job trimming some very large oak trees. They cleaned up extremely well and were a friendly bunch. My interactions with the office and estimator were also outstanding. Appreciate the fantastic service!!
