Karl did an awesome job! Lots of driveway and concrete to clean and seal, he arrived on time and got right to work. It looks fabulous and just in time for rain the following day. It beaded up just like the pictures! Thank you Karl for your hard work and I highly recommend!

I paid a high price to have my sidewalks, front porch, and driveway "power washed" and sealed. When the PPW showed up, he said he could only use soap, as my concrete was only 2.5 yrs old, and it needed to be at least 3 years old to power wash. He said it will look great. But I paid for power washing??? I was inside, and PPW started working. I noticed it got quite, so I went to check on the progress. No PPW, no truck, just a big sign stuck in my front yard. Very unprofessional not to check with the customer before leaving. After inspecting, my stains were still there, kinda explains why he exited quietly.
Update: 10/28/22 on 10/6/22 Joshua Boecker contacted me, asking how they can make this right. He said they would send one of their more experienced teams. I agreed and scheduled 10/28/22. I had a window on 10/28/22 from 8am to 12-noon, nobody showed. At 2pm, I received a text saying they had no technicians available? What? I had scheduled 3 weeks out, made myself available and waited. Couldn't they have known the day before? Or call me at 8am to free up my day? Unbelievable! -
I can't recommend this company enough. I've owned several homes and this is the best power washing company I've used. They are efficient, punctual, the price is right, and the work is impeccable. They're communicative regarding changes they may have to make in order to improve their work.

Perfect Power Wash did an excellent job. It had been a long time since our driveway had been power washed. With the years of built up dirt, it looked terrible. We've had compliments from neighbors on how good it looks now. The house was power washed and it looks great as well.

Xavier did a superb job of lighting up our home. Thanks for thoughtfully and carefully installing our exterior light show! Well done and we would definitely recommend to others!
-
Billy did a great job! Took his time to make sure it was done right. Will definitely keep their service for next year and request Billy!

Worst pressure wash ever. Our neighbor even commented on how bad if a job it was. Service done on 11/12/2025. Left paint chips all over driveway, left back patio a mess, and missed many areas. Left a sign in our yard which I promptly removed. I am not the homeowner, I do live there, but just letting people know what a crappy job they did.

1300 dollars for an hours work, cleaning my concrete driveway. I don’t even know if it was sealed like I wanted. Way overpriced. They didn’t tell me before doing it , it was gonna cost that. And they didn’t give me a receipt after the job. They billed me over the phone. Complete rip off.

I just had my holiday lights installed and my house looks great. Kayontea did a great job. He was on time, and very professional. The truck he was in didn’t have a timer for my lights, so he went back to the office, grabbed me a timer, brought it back and set it up with a smile on his face. He is an awesome person! Hopefully I’ll have him again next year!

The representative that cleaned and sealed my walkway and driveway did a great job and it's ready for the winter season.
I have had this company's services twice now over the last 9 yrs for cleaning our exterior siding of our home and cleaning and sealing the driveway and both times with excellent results.
I would recommend the team at Perfect Power Wash if you need these kind of services when the need arises. -
Had a wonderful experience with PPW from the phone call to learn of services available all the way to the completion of our service. Zach was coming courteous, professional, and very thorough with his service at our home. Each area was attended and it was evident he cared to do his very best! It was fantastic to come home to an amazingly clean house and deck area! Would highly recommend !

Perfect Power Wash, not so “perfect”. I have waited a week and a half to post this review while waiting for a response to our e-mail to the company expressing our dissatisfaction with their work.
The first technician to come out left the roof and siding with streaks. My wife asked him to rinse the roof and he said that he gets dizzy at 74 degrees and can’t go back on the roof. My wife called the company and had to argue to get another tech.
The 2nd tech came out and commented to my wife that he didn’t know how someone like that got hired. Not a good customer service comment.
The 2nd tech re-washed the entire house and roof. The streaks on the roof and siding were still visible. The keypad to the garage door took two days to start working again, the breaker for the outdoor plugs took 3 days to be able to reset. We specifically asked that the front porch not get washed due to a leak, the porch got washed and we smelled bleach for days in the basement. The shutters still had dirt and dust on them.
Overall, their customer service is terrible, the result of their work was also terrible. We have since rewashed the house ourselves to get the results that we wanted.
Under no circumstance can I recommend using this company and we will never use them again.
Edit, Their cut and paste response is very entertaining since they did not respond the first time. -

I recently hired PPW to power wash and seal our patio, fireplace area, and front porch. While the work on the fireplace area, porch, and sealant application met our expectations, I was disappointed with the outcome on the patio and back step. There were noticeable streaks left on the patio, and green growth remained on the back step despite the service.
In hopes of resolving these issues, I promptly reached out to PPW the following day to discuss the matter. Unfortunately, my attempts to communicate were met with frustration as I had to leave a voicemail, and despite waiting for seven days, I have yet to receive a response.
This lack of responsiveness and failure to address the concerns promptly is highly concerning and reflects poorly on the company's customer service. As a result, I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience with PPW.
This experience has left me with the decision to not engage PPW's services in the future. I believe I could have received better service, higher quality work, and potentially even more affordable pricing from a smaller, local company.
I can not recommend PPW based on my experience, and I advise others to consider alternatives for their power washing and sealing needs. -
Was very courteous of this century old home. its age was definitely showing. It was amazing to watch the beauty of it come back to life. We have received many compliments from the neighbors. I can't really say enough to show not only my appreciation but that of the current residents and the Owners of the Generation House. Thank You

I paid almost $500 to have my house pressure washed today. While it looks somewhat better I do not think it was worth $500 worth. Not only did they not get the bird poop off my shutters but now my brand new siding on my addition is dented in several spots. The technician claims it's not from him, but it's brand new siding! Very disappointed that I wasted my money.

Can’t recommend this company enough for hanging our Christmas lights!! James was professional and answered all my questions. The lights were installed in a timely manner. They look great and we’ve gotten multiple compliments on them already!! And they will come take them down and store them until next year! What a great service!

**Update**
My 2/5 is now a 1/5.
They sent a second gentlemen out to revisit the area of concern. I was told (what a salesmen told me on the phone originally) that there are limits to their power washing services, and anything that was not cleaned the first time (such as dirt that wipes off with your finger) is "not a result of a lack of effort on their part". I was told I would have to scrub those areas myself, because they don't. This gentlemen spent roughly an hour cleaning only my porch (none of the other areas of concern) and then left. When I emailed Perfect Power Wash to express my displeasure, I was "assured" everything they did was correct, and that was that. They will not address the fact they ruined my driveway with uneven applications of sealant, which now has my driveway looking a splotchy mess.
Stay far away from this company if you want power washing services. Look for people that actually care about the quality of work done, and customer satisfaction. Not a company which is okay with Fraudulent Misrepresentation, so long as they have your money.
I echo the concerns of a previous review - I was excited to come home and see how clean everything was, however there's several spots that look as if they were not even touched. Some of the dirty spots could be wiped clean with my fingers, so I'm perplexed. I reached out and let them know where I stand, as far as the value per what I paid, so I will update this review should they decide to take action. -
Used them for Christmas lights last year but we’re canceling next year. The main issue is customer service and quality of work. They did a great job putting the lights up and they work well. They did a terrible job taking them down. Only took half of them down and left light strings dangling from the house. We had to call to get the rest down weeks later after waiting for them to show up. They also left a mess of plastic clips everywhere on the ground for me to clean up in spring. I let that pass, however, the latest decisions from them were a tipping point. They’ve put Christmas lights on my house and bushes in SEPTEMBER! Apparently this is so they can service new customers later this year. Payment is expected early too. Installed 9/16, payment due 9/17. So I’m expected to fund their operation roughly two months in advance with payment due within a day! Totally unacceptable. Best of luck with your new customers. I’m out!

Was super excited to book with this company as it’s the top rated power washing company in the area. Quickly got disappointed with the events that followed. First time they showed up, I understood that we had to reschedule because of low water pressure that’s coming from the spigot. Called them Monday 7/8, they informed me that a technician will come by in the afternoon. Nobody showed up. Called them Tuesday, 7/9 they informed me that they can’t get me in until two weeks later. I expressed my disappointment as they promised that they will get the project done by at least 7/12. They had to reach out to a supervisor due to the fact that they have to come with a bigger truck so they can haul their own water due to the fact that put water pressure was low. They were able to squeeze us in Thursday, 7/11. The problem is, they didn’t come prepared with enough water so technician promised me that they will come back same day and will make sure that it’s done that day. 5 hrs later, no trace of technician. Called the company and they informed me that the technician cannot come back due to another project, and they again used the water pressure excuse. I had informed them that we’re all aware of this issue and the original technician was supposed to come by with a good sized water truck that will be enough to comfort the whole house and deck. They promised that someone will come back Monday, 7/15 to get the job done. Someone did come by yesterday but came to find out today that they never finished the deck and the lower half of the brick and walkway wasn’t washed at all. I’ve tried reaching out to the office all day today and no success.

Four or five months ago, I called them to find out what the cost would be to wash and get some algae off of our roof. The cost was too much so I told them I would be taking a different route and not needing their services. They have called me back six or seven different times Trying to get me to agree to let them come out and pay them to do it. Each time I have told them I am not interested. I have not actually used their services, but I am not impressed with how they continue to bother Me trying to get business. In looking at a lot of their recent reviews it seems like the reviews are not good and maybe they are a bit desperate to find customers.
