Aire Serv is a first class business. They were patient, professional and courteous throughout the entire process. We had them replace our old A/C unit and furnace. From Gordon providing us an estimate, Colleen assisting us with scheduling, to Wayne and crew performing the installation, they all proved to be friendly, conscientious and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Mike arrived in a reasonable time frame, introduced himself and went right to work after asking a few questions. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and solutions very clearly. Answered questions I had in an easy to comprehend manner and provided suggestions for future maintenance and care. Very pleased with his service.

The service technician was informed and shared his concerns regarding his assessment. He discovered a problem with the hot water heater that I was unaware of. Knowing this could potentially save us from a possible leak and failure in the near future. He also provided us with replacement options and estimates immediately.
