Called them 2 weeks prior. Scheduled an estimate for a electric dryer wiring from panel to bedroom with a box also wired up. I requested a Thursday morning. The next morning I get a text that states my appointment is scheduled for Friday. Of course I canceled as I was not available for Friday. Then two weeks later I had a Tuesday free so I schedule in advance for the morning.
Get a text at 10 am, 12 pm, 1pm, 3 pm all saying they don't have a tech in my area yet, but they will call me when they do. 4:42 I get a call saying that they will not get to me today. Blah, blah blah. 1st time customer mind you. Scheduled an am estimate, not a whenever they feel like making it estimate. Asked me if they can reschedule. My reply. You just lost a customer. So we can't reschedule you? Nope you cannot. Now my dryer sits for another few days? Unreliable business. They won't get a 3rd chance from me.

Nabil Bougriban provided outstanding service for three electrical projects at my home. He was courteous, professional, and answered questions I had as he worked. I would highly recommend him for any electrical service you need.

Our well pump failed and was found to have faulty wiring. Jesse B was the tech that came to the home. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Jesse continued to troubleshoot challenges until he figured out a solution and we were able to have water again!

Chad and his colleague was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. I’m happy with the work that was done. We had 5 plugs in the basement and a basement ceiling light installed. As well as an existing plug repair and a ceiling fan replaced in our master bedroom.

The electrical breakers in my home kept tripping left & right until one day it completely shut down. I called Mr. Electric and they came the very next morning. Staff were polite and responded quickly to my concerns. The technician was knowledgeable, helpful, super friendly, and did a great job restoring my electricity by replacing the entire panel. My family and I are super pleased with the entire experience!!

Mr. Electric Lawrence M. worked to install and replace decrepit power lines from within house and from house to garage. He trenched some 30 feet to bury necessary cables. He installed new circuits, GFI outlets, lights, surge protectors, disconnect switches on outside meter box, air condition surge protectors and inside panel and all associated wiring. All that remains is to have an independent electrical inspection to certify the work and that will take place within the next 2 weeks. We were very pleased with Lawrence’s work ethic and attention to detail. He kept us notified of work progression and estimates. The final cost was quoted before the work began and his detailed written description of the work performed as well as before and after photos have been very helpful. I highly recommend Mr. Electric for electrical service repair and installation issues. Their prices are competitive but mostly they just do good professional nose to the grindstone work.

James Pinson and his assistant Chad are the Batman & Robin of electrical service people. This dynamic duo not only provided me with a very competitive quote on electrical work, but their demeanor sealed the deal for me in choosing them. The work they did at my house was topnotch, affordable, and exactly what I needed. Safety, thoroughness, and "giving the customer what he wants" are paramount for these two excellent Mr. Electric employees. They worked efficiently, and provided professionalism and quality in everything they did for me. In addition, James does a great job in training Chad by giving him clear instructions, encouraging him, and being a very good mentor.
