We hired Toledo Duct clean to clean our ducts at two different houses and they did a great job with both. They showed me on their video screen what the inside of the ducts looked like and compared both before cleaning and after. We could tell a huge difference in the air in our home afterward.

This was a great experience! They arrived right on time, worked quickly and efficiently and left me with a fresh, clean-smelling house! TDC was recommended by individuals at two different companies to clean our dryer vent. Pete arrived within the time frame scheduled, explained the process, and shared the before and after metrics. The whole process took less than 45 minutes. The dryer is so much more efficient, and we'll be scheduling the service again next year.

Toledo Duct Clean is an honest company. I thought my ducts needed cleaning but after the crew used the camera, it showed I did not need them cleaned. I was very happy they were honest and told me they did not need cleaned. They could have cleaned them and charged me and I would not have known. It's nice to have workers be so honest. It give the company a good name And I highly recommend them.

My house was built in 1936. I have lived here since 1977. While I have owned the house the vents were never cleaned. Probably the original owners didn't have them cleaned either. The job was probably bigger than the crew expected. Plus, the furnace is in the crawl space. When a new furnace was replaced in the beginning of October (the old furnace was installed in 1988) it was suggested by Fire N Ice to get the ducts cleaned. So, I contacted Jay and set up the cleaning. There was so much dirt in the ducts I couldn't believe it. The crew (Robert and Dane) did a wonderful job. My allergies seem to be better, also. That may be a coincidence, My advice to anyone who knows their ducts haven't been cleaned in over 50 years, think about contacting Toledo Duct Clean. For that matter, even 5-10 years without a good cleaning could make a difference.

I requested a whole house duct clean, and the service professional showed on time and Inspected a few vents showing me the video of nearly spotless ducts. We decided to skip the duct cleaning as not necessary, due to their honesty.

I had them clean my dryer vent since they were at the house and they replaced a small section of the hookup.

Jay returned my phone call within a reasonable amount of time to give me an estimate. Rick and Robert arrived on time quickly diagnosed the issue and assured me they would make things right. They repaired everything and throughly cleaned the dryer vent. Cost of the job was exactly the same as Jay's initial estimate. I was extremely impressed by the quality of service I received. Robert, Rick and Pete cleaned the ducts and vents in my home today. They were friendly, professional and did a fabulous job! Explained what they needed to do and answered all of my questions. The hose on the back of my dryer broke when I moved the dryer. They went out to their truck and had a replacement in a matter of minutes, saving me from a trip to the hardware store. Jay, who handled all of my calls and the quote was so friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company!!!

My dryer died right before Christmas and I purchased a new one. The seller asked that I get my dryer vent cleaned prior to installation of my new dryer, leaving me just 2 days to find someone to do it. TDC came the same day, did a thorough job, cleaned up after, and had great communication. I will definitely use them on a regular basis now!

Great service. Needed the dryer vent cleaned before the new dryer was delivered. They made room for me in the schedule. Duct work was clogged full. The technicians recommended replacing the duct work. They had all the necessary parts on the truck and were done quickly. It didn’t cost much more than the cleaning would have. Highly recommend Toledo Duct Clean as a professional, friendly, and honest company. Every person I talked to on the phone and met in person was so friendly and helpful, they carefully explained the process and took the time to show me the current state of the vents and then show me before and after photos to compare with my vents so I could see how they didn’t actually need to be cleaned yet.
