Our company has used Reliable several times now. They are always quick to respond and take care of business efficiently and professionally. They answer questions knowledgably and offer recommendations to reduce the likelihood of future problems.

Will not ever use again, workers very unprofessional if I ever talked to my boss the way they did I’d be gone in a heartbeat. Never cleaned up the poop they got all over my walls and screwed up the trim around my doors. Owner will not reply to mess and damage.

Fast to respond and solved problems four other plumbers could not figure out. I had a clog in my basement floor drain and other plumbers all said the floor needed to be demoed (after just having them epoxied) and the drain rebuilt. Reliable came out and was able to remove debris from the drain and clear the blockage without having to jack up the floor. Very satisfied, will definitely be my first call in the future!

I agree with all the other positive reviews for Reliable. Most service companies we have used in the past 15-20 years just do not measure up; they don't show up, arrive late, do not even try to act interested in the job, and often can't fix the problem. Not Reliable! We were very impressed with all aspects of the work performed for us. We will not hesitate to call Reliable again.

Extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. Was verbally told over the phone to snake a drain would be around $200, then afterwards was charged $425 because the line was “sluggish” and the owner accused me of being irresponsible and waiting a long time to have the snake done, even though when the appointment was scheduled we told them it had happened at 1030 pm the night before. Then when we questioned the drastic raise in price they were rude and passive aggressive when I simply asked for the invoice to be emailed to me. Hard to believe this place has a good rating on Google after the service we received.

Called Reliable office was given an appt. . Said they would call when when service men were on there way. Received a call at 9am and 10-15min later the men
Showed up. They were friendly- got the job completed . Offered a suggestion bon what to so this clog shouldn't happen for a long time. They cleaned up their mess too. I highly recommend them. Thank you reliable. Now I can use my bathroom again!🙂
