Call in to have someone give me an estimate and was told they would give message to Kyle. Call back 5 days later was told he would get with us. No one ever contacted me. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Custom Landscape is an amazing company to work with. We have been maintaining an out of town property for them and they pay quickly, don't micromanage, and communicate exceptionally well. All around fantastic way to run a business.

My sister ordered gravel from this company, they dropped it off, her fiancé was shoveling it and found a heroine needle in the gravel. Her and my dad went to the business and were told the receptionist will have to call corporate because this has never happened before. She called the company again and spoke to Kyle Reed who was very rude and told her that she placed it in there. She offered to provide the video from the time that they dropped the gravel off to the time they found the needle and Kyle said he wont be needing that. My dad called again to see if they would send someone out to properly dispose of the needle because my sister had no way of doing so. They told him that everyone was out on runs right now and someone would have to give him a call back. They never called back… We also asked for the number for corporate and it was never provided. This company is extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend doing business with them.

Our experience with the owner of this company(Jaret Bishop) was marked by significan challenges. The company was unresponsive to pre-deadlines and pre-project needs. Owner Jaret Bishop consistently shifted blame onto the customer, contrary to documented evidence. After 2.5 months of delays, setting a deadline prompted unprofessionalism and profanity name calling from Mr. Bishop. Due to these issues, we have significant concerns about the company's reliability and professional conduct.

I will not be doing business here in the future. Everything that happened today has put an awful taste in my mouth. To put it to you straight, I don’t like finding heroine needles in my gravel. The problem was not dealt with in a professional manner as they continued to tell my friend that she had placed the needle there and would not take steps in helping the situation weather they were to take the gravel back or dispose of it and give an apology. I would rather haul gravel from out of town than contribute to this dishonest and unhelpful group of individuals who make nasty phone calls to their customers after they discover a problem. One bright gold star for you👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Very happy with their services. They put in landscaping and trees at our new home. The crew is polite and hard working. We love the finished product.

Paid great attention to detail and accomodated our schedule. They create incredibly durable, one of a kind floors.

Not all contractors are created equal and CCS is setting the bar high for its competitors. Their associates show up on time, are pleasant & knowledgeable, and they are providing excellent and courteous service while at the job site. We have used them twice to strip and clean 340,000 feet of concrete flooring and they've done an excellent job. They offered us a great solution by thinking outside the box for one element of the current job as well. Wade & his team have been great - thank you!
