Had a problem with our roof leaking several months ago. Called Jeremy Bovat from Ameripro. He came right out, had the roof inspected, told us what we needed and the the next thing I new. The roof was fixed. Outstanding customer service and outstanding work. What more could you ask for... Jeremy even followed up several months after to make sure everything was OK. He did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone!
The sales representatives (Jeremy Bovat) for AmeriPro done an extraordinary job with getting my wind damaged roof replaced. It was effortless and Expedient. Jeremy surveyed my damage and got the ball rolling. He done such an awesome job, I referred him to my mom who was having trouble with her installer and insurance agent. After Jeremy looked into the situation, he became the middleman between my mom and her agent and got the job done stress free. I would recommend Jeremy and AmeriPro to any one who looking to get any service done to your home from siding to roofing. You will not be sorry.
John C. from AmeriPro Roofing reached out to us to check on our roof after some storms with tornadoes came through our area. I agreed that it was probably a good idea to have him take a look up there. He found wind damage and walked me through contacting the insurance company and getting everything started to hire AmeriPro Roofing to do the repairs. The insurance company agreed that there is damage to the roofs on both the house and the barn and they are paying to replace both roofs! We are so happy that John reached out to us. We never even thought to check it out up there, so this really never would have happened if it werent for him. He's been great, and has made this so easy for us. Jeremy Bovat sales rep who assisted me and my wife throughout the entire roof replacement was amazing and explained things thoroughly, was easy to contact and very helpful. Jeremy was as a huge help in solving my roof problem/ situation. him and his team fought hard to get my claim approved. It was almost a year of fighting my insurance and they stuck with it the whole time! I was very pleased with the beginning of this project... now when it came with the roofers... it looks good on the outside but underneath is destroyed. Lots of missing wood and holes. It holds water from comming in that good. But my attic and my garage was destroyed. Its been years and im still finding nails and broken wood places... i had someone step on a nail in my pool. the roofers left a bunch of trash/nails and took my tarp and ripped a window net. But im still happy it got done more or less but Big thanks to Jeremy and his team for helping with the original prosses to get it approved. But the roofers.... not so much. Definitely not to happy about that.
I was very taken aback by the person who helped me. I believe his name was Jeremy. He was so knowledgeable and even when I had tried before to get my roof approved by Inturance he was able to get it going for me even after my attempt didn’t work. He knew everything to do. I was so surprised at his customer service and his knowledge on how to get this taken care of. It was a breeze working with him. I’m definitely going to tell my friends about him because he as so so helpful. Saved me so much money too. I love this company so much because of him. Thank you for having him help me.
