We had an estimate completed by All Seasons Heating & Air for CAO-approved HVAC work at our home around August 2025. The work was approved, and we were told someone would return to complete it.

Unfortunately, no one ever came back, and multiple follow-up attempts have gone unanswered since then. Due to the lack of communication and delay, we are now having to pay out of pocket to address the heating, cooling, and ductwork issues ourselves. These ongoing issues have also contributed to increased electricity costs.

We have also experienced ongoing difficulty over the years getting timely service calls completed for our unit. We continued to work with this company due to the warranty on our system, but this situation has been especially frustrating.

We are sharing our experience so others are aware and can make informed decisions. We would still appreciate a response or resolution.

They don’t show up on time someone was at my house all day and I just stuck her card in my door and didn’t even knock or anything

I use this company for my home and office heating and air needs and they never disappoint me. Always fast, friendly, courteous and reasonable prices.

All Seasons placed a new furnace and blower unit in our home,and in the 4 months we have had it has quit working 4 separate times.Each time when we try to reach them we have to call them several times and leave multiple messages before they will ever come out to check the unit.Would not recommend them to fix or maintenence anything,completely unrealiable.

Rob did service my AC unit. I needed additional service but they don't keep appointments nor return phone calls. Very frustrating dealing with them.

Asked him to come out 3 times and finish work on a unit he installed. Was out of town and made the mistake of paying this guy without seeing the work. Paid this guy over 8 grand for unfinished work

All Seasons arrived promptly when scheduled and quickly diagnosed that the wrong igniter was installed in our furnace. They ordered the part and a day later showed up to replace it for a very reasonable price. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC repair!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The unit they installed was nothing but trouble and we always had them out here to provide a temporary fix. THANKFULLY, the unit gave out entirely. I say thankfully because we had several contractors come out and the unit was out-of-code and would have eventually caused a gas leak — which would have caused an explosion. Do NOT hire them.

My daughter, living in Blue Creek, OH had a mini split system installed by Rob in October 2023. It still does not work properly. Now he states it is her windows that are leaking heat-heat that is not being generated by the system. An additional $3000 will fix it with an upgrade to the system he designed and installed. He has not visited the property to witness the disfunction. Has stalled on servicing what could be wrong and after paying $9000 wants more money to supposedly fix it. Hopefully, the manufacturer, Bryant, will make a visit, but no definite date yet. The unit works until the outside temp is 30 F, then it shuts off. That is when you need heat. Something needs to be done now - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Very disappointed.

Rob and his team have always provided excellent service for our unit. They come out quickly, fully explain the issue, and educate us on how we can better take care of our unit to avoid further issues. I highly recommend All Seasons, and appreciate all that they do!

Completely just didn’t show up for our appointment to get an estimate. Called several times no answer finally Facebook message them and they say they just forgot. I had to take my only half a day off I have for work. So now I’m out of half a day pay and will have to take another day off for a different company. I get things happen but the fact I called several times today and I had to message them.
