I watch when they come out, and noticed they go so fast miss alot of my lawn. Went out and pointed out a area completely. For the money I pay would like my entire lawn srayed.

Five stars is difficult to give. We've partnered w/ TG over ten years. Any lawn issues have been handled quickly. Communication is key. Peace.

Do not recommend. Different people treat month to month. Not treating anything close to the whole yard. I have them on camera just making a single pass speed-run. Not sure what has changed but the specialists used to spend 20-30 minutes on my yard. I have a huge very oddly shaped yard and now they spend 5-7 minutes doing a single speed-run loop and miss 70% of my yard. Complaints haven’t changed anything. Just cancelled service and will find someone local.

TruGreen Lawn Care does a great job for us. We have been customers for more than 20 years. Carrie is our Lawncare specialist and she is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and courteous and on time and my whole family thinks she is the best True Green specialist we have had.

Trugreen is worth every dollar. Reduced my mowing by half. Not having weeds is great and the grass is pretty and thick without all the unwanted foliage. Plus if you notice a treatment issue just call them. They will come back out without argument and treat the grass again for free. That saves me from worrying and that’s good ole customer service. I’ve had been with TruGreen for years.

I’ve been using TruGreen for my lawn care, and I’m incredibly impressed! Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and always on time. My lawn has never looked healthier or greener—no more struggling with weeds or patchy spots. Best of all, they’ve saved me both time and money compared to doing it myself. Highly recommend TruGreen if you want a beautiful lawn without the hassle

TruGreen has always done a great job with our lawn service. We have used them in different states over the years. Our technician, Brett , is great…timely and polite. He has a good work ethic too!!

Technician did a great job today. I spoke with him. He addressed a couple of concerns immediately and was very thorough and polite.

Excellent lawn and yard care. Great company, great people. They have improved the condition of our lawn.

Always on time and respectful of the property. You can count on them to keep your yard looking great all season.

TruGreen is a waste of money! I've been with them 4 years and I'm over their GARBAGE!. Please see the pictures I've posted showing the weeds in my yard this morning.

Every year I spend over $300+ with them and every year I have problems.

1. Each year I spend countless hours having to hand pull weeds from my yard because their service doesn't get rid of them.
2. Each year I spend at least an additional $200+ in lawn care products (Scott's weed and feed/others) from Lowe's to compensate for their horrible service.
3. They have scheduled services and charged me without my permission. Last summer without my authorization, they came out and performed an aeration and charged me $179. Yes, they refunded me but only after countless phone calls and complaints.

Do yourself a favor and stop paying these guys each month for their horrible service! Go buy a push spreader from Lowe's and Scott's seasonal weed control/turf builder and fertilize your own lawn every month or every other month. I takes 15 minutes and cost about $20-40 each time. It worth 2 hrs and $300 each year to have the best looking yard and too not have to put up with TruGreen and their GARBAGE!

They have ruined my yard. Have paid them since the fall could not wait to see my lawn in the spring and it looks horrid. DIFFERENT people always coming out that did not even know what treatment was needed. So upset. Canceled my service and they don't even care. I just added photos, still no results and they don't even bother to contact me, I filed a report with the BBB as well. It's June and still no green grass or a solution. Look at these pictures!

My husband and I are extremely disappointed with the service we received from TruGreen. Our backyard is now almost entirely dirt and despite repeatedly asking about seeding, nothing was done. Earlier in the season, your team told us that seeding would need to occur in October. When October arrived, we were given the impression that TruGreen would take care of it — yet no action was taken.

When my husband followed up in November, he was told that we “didn’t order” the service. If an additional service was required to prevent our lawn from turning into 90% dirt and mud, why were we not clearly informed? We trusted TruGreen to improve our lawn and instead we were left with a yard in worse condition than when we started.

We paid over $1,200 for what we believed would be comprehensive lawn care. In reality, all that was done was mosquito spraying and some weed prevention. I expected TruGreen to help keep our lawn healthy and green, but now there's no lawn at all.

This experience has been deeply frustrating, and we will not use TruGreen again.

Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Sprayed my plants, yard looks doesn’t even look good. Cannot even contact the local office with questions or concerns. Don’t waste your money, use a local company.

This is the quality of work you can expect from having their total lawn care package. I had them for two and a half years and my lawn looks terrible. They are a big faceless company and when you call in to tell them about the problem you're not going to get anywhere with them I gave up and I'm going to hire a local company that might care.

The service technician always addresses my concerns and is on time and courteous. My lawn looks great. They always make sure not to spray close to or into my flower beds.

TruGreen has been doing aeration on my lawn on an ongoing basis. This year, they claimed to have done it but I was suspect. My lawn care people came out today to treat the yard and suggested an aeration. I told them it was supposedly done. They suggested asking if it was actually completed. The service has significantly dropped.

Being the first time TruGreen serviced my lawn I opted to be there when they showed up. A young guy named Brenden sprayed the entire lawn in about 20 minutes. Pretty quick. I have 6-7 more prepaid visits so it is too early to see if the product they applied will be effective. For the last 12 years I have maintained my lawn myself. My job has required more of me so I decided to turn this task over to a lawn service company. The photos I am including are last years (2023). This year my lawn is infested with poa. Hopefully they get it under control. 5 stars for a trouble free visit with no damage to any bushes or flowers on the property. Lawn is Bermuda.

I spoke with Monique on Friday, outlining the sorry state of my yard and how, after four treatments, it is now in worse shape than it was the year prior when I did not use a lawn treatment service. I shared with her that I'm having to mow at least twice a week and that I'm still battling to keep it looking decent. I informed her that Dalisgrass and Tall Poa Annua are rampant and spreading like wildfire in my yard, and that I am quite concerned about my neighbors' yards at this time. She quickly addressed the issue and scheduled a follow-up treatment for Wednesday.
Jared L was very thorough in his service today. During his earlier visit, he understood exactly what the weeds were and was fast to provide the appropriate remedy to target them. He was very apologetic regarding the state of my lawn, as this was our fourth treatment and none of the prior specialists had done much to nip the issue in the bud. It was a pleasure speaking with him and knowing that my lawn will be taken care of by someone who knows what he's doing and is passionate about his work.
I am confident in your service and hope that this treatment will help to control the weeds and put me on the path to having a Trugreen lawn like my friends and family.

New update :
I cancelled my service when all this happened, they showed up to do the next service anyway and I went out and told them to leave and not do the service as I had cancelled, they billed me anyway and never performed the service. When I called they said it was because they showed up to do the service and I told them to leave ! This is somehow my fault ?

Horrible service !! If there was a negative star that’s what I would give !
I called and told them about a weed problem and what I had been experiencing and they told me they could come out and get it taken care of .
The guy shows up and immediately complained that he didn’t have the correct equipment do do the job .
He proceeded to do it anyway who knows why ?
It didn’t take care of the issue obviously.
I called and complained and was told a supervisor would come out and inspect the problem and make recommendations on what needed to be done and or retreat the lawn.
They didn’t show up when scheduled I called and they said it would be another day before they would come out.
I asked to have my service discontinued and the be refunded for the work they didn’t even do ! I was told they could do half .
Please look elsewhere for service before this happens to you .

Update :
A local guy called me and stated that they would come fix it asap only if I made a promise to keep using them ….. also told me that I should not have expected results in a week .
Every time I tried to talk to the local guy he cut me off and talked down to me like I was ignorant.
They did however finally come back to treat the weeds and lo and behold the next day I saw results.
Makes you wander if they did anything at all the first time and makes me wonder why he told me I shouldn’t expect results after a week.
Still not satisfied with the way this was handled.
It’s my opinion that the only reason I got a response at all is because of this review.

Very impressed with our sales person, Dennis. So friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. Then we had Carrie who came out for our first treatment and she was also patient with my questions and made sure I knew when she was leaving since I had to lock up my dogs while she was here.
I have been very happy with the customer service so far.
