We were very pleased with the actual gutters and installation. A few years later, we had a problem with our fascia board rotting and they gave us a quote on coming out to repair it. It was a very small job, and apparently it wasn't worth their time. I just wish they'd told me that up front instead of me having to try to call them to remind them to come out and actually do the work, which they never did. It was always "we'll get to it next week" and that week never came.

Heidi was especially helpful and explained the process of having our gutters replaced. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again. Everyone was so polite and helpful.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to recommend this company. In the beginning we were promised numerous dates for installation that came and went and it wasn’t until we told them to forget about it that they finally showed up to do the install. Initially it looked good but once it rained, we noticed that one of the gutters was installed incorrectly. Now the real fun begins, we called numerous times again and was given the same runaround as before, even after talking to the owner! I Called again to find out when they were coming out and was lied to and told it has already been done, I'm like no it hasnt.
Finally, after multiple weeks and what seemed like a hundred phone calls later, they showed up to make the repair. The sad part is it was an easy fix that took less than 1 hour to complete. I have never had to work so hard to give a company my business and I really regret it.

Bryan at Rain flow was very professional and knowledgeable about the guttering and was always available for any questions. Derek did an excellent job installing the guttering. We would highly recommend this company for your guttering needs.

Customer service, sales, and pricing was all a great experience. I got quotes from two other companies and rain flow won my heart.

I have hired Rain-Flow Systems twice - last summer and just recently to install guttering and they did a great job both times. They did exactly what I asked and the work was excellent. I highly recommend them. Great to work with!

I did not have gutters already on a new house I moved into, and after the month of May, it became very very apparent that I needed them. Judging by Rain-Flow's reviews I had them and a few others come out and quote the work. They came in the cheapest, but at the same time I liked the information they gave me. The warranty and insurance info was an excellent touch that no one else provided.

After I put in my order I didn't hear from them in a week. There was no scheduling or call to let me know they were backed up however long. I called them the following week to make sure they still had me on the list. This was a little expected because after May, one can only imagine how busy they were. I didn't hear back from anyone on the first day, but the second time I called back I got confirmation that I was on the list and they had a 1-2 week backlog they were working through.

Imagine my surprise when they showed up Friday afternoon and had it done before I got home from work. Not only that, the work was excellent, the quality seems fantastic and the color we chose matches the house perfectly! The only thing that bothered me was that there was a piece of cut gutter in the driveway that must have fallen out as they left. Not a big deal, just hucked it in the trash can. They did an excellent job and I feel like it was worth it and then some! I'd easily recommend them to anyone and know that you won't be disappointed with their quality!

Do yourself a favor and go with Rain-Flow Systems.

Rain Flow installed new gutters and placed Leaf shields on all my existing gutters. Cameron and Kendal were so professional and respectful as well as very skillful and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for all your Gutterng needs!

Their estimate was very competitive with others that I had received for the same scope of work. We had guttering with oversized downspouts and leaf guards installed and the bids came out to almost the same as others that I got. The difference was, and I saw when it was installed, their ability to install the guttering and not wreck the flower beds as friends have told me happens. They were just as they were, before the guttering was installed. I would highly recommend Rainflo to others who are interested.

We just had new gutters with Leaf-shields installed on our home. Due to a misunderstanding, four of the downspouts were the wrong color. When I called about it, at first the salesman didn't want to correct it without additional charges, but when I spoke with Chris, the owner, he immediately apologized and promised it would be remedied. Within a few days, one of his workers came out and changed them. Now they look wonderful, and I am a HAPPY, satisfied customer. I can say they really DO stand behind their products and service. Thumbs UP! :)

I just wanted you guys to know that this week's hard rains is the first chance we have been able to check out the job you did repairing, replacing and adding screens and shields and putting a hose on the side of our house work. It is great. You are the best. My gutters leaked and poured over and water came into our garage but now during this very hard rain storm not one drop is pouring over and it is all being taken away properly. You were my first gutters and lasted for 20 years and then I made a mistake letting my roof company put their gutters on which was disastrous. Yours have corrected my mistake and once again you are the best place in town. Let anyone talk to me and I will make sure they use Rain-Flow. Thanks again for such a good job.

Waaaaaaaay beyond my expectations of todays small business attitudes. To start with an extreme low pressure friendly estimate that was good for a year which they honored even a couple weeks later than that due to some commitments that had slowed me down...life. The price was very reasonable and affordable. They arrived with instructions in hand and got to work with extreme professionalism and even made a couple very nice adaptions that were so helpful. The product was high quality and was given multiple choices for product to be used. They were on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently in a few hours. They are a bright spot in a world of greedy shoddy and lazy attitudes. I can not reccomend these people enough, putting it simply my highest reccomendations and a credit to Tulsa and the surrounding communities of Tulsa.

What a professional company and a great product! I called Rain Flow with a problem I had with my existing gutter screens. They called me back quickly and let me know what to expect with the Leaf Shield product, how much it would cost, and when they could do the installation. When I met the gentleman on my property, he took the time to stop and answer all my questions and give me instruction on how to maintain my new investment. Afterwards, I received another call asking me how I liked the service and the Leaf Shield. I LOVE this product but it is only as good as the company that stands behind the product. You WILL NOT be disappointed in either. They are very customer oriented!

I had Rain Flow Systems put gutters with Leaf Shields on my house when the roof was replaced after a hailstorm. My lot has numerous trees, and cleaning gutters was always a huge chore. I have never had to do it again since getting my new gutters. Chris and his crew did a great job. They were done within two days, didn't disturb my small kids, and even came back to modify one spot on the roof where the water flow was overwhelming the Leaf Shields. I will definitely use Rain Flow again.

Chris gave me a more detailed and knowledgeable estimate/recommendation than others I contacted. I was extremely happy with the whole house guttering, downspouts, and screen system Rain-Flow installed. I had two special issues that had to be addressed and Rain-Flow took care of them beautifully.
