Great service and quick response. After messaging Design Mechanical, their technicians were able to come out the next morning and check our unit, which was showing low pressure. They checked over all sensors, moduals and controls, explained what they found and the solution or fix for the current problem. Very professional and thorough. Would highly recommend for any HVAC problems.

I can’t thank Design Mechanical enough! When my AC blower motor suddenly went out, they came to the rescue right away. The team was kind, understanding, and fixed it within just a few hours. A company you can trust. Highly recommend !

Kenneth is a joke. He will tell you there are no orders under your name even though it’s on his screen right in front of his face. Not to mention it normally takes half an hour just to bring my equipment out. Would much rather go to shearer that’s right down the road.

Bought a $12k f furnace and condenser, 1 year later after shotty install low pressure switch went out. No biggie easy fix. We used their recommendations on contractor can’t get them to honor factory warranty. Decided I’ll fix it myself it’s easy 3 mounting bolts and 2 electrical clips but the Lennox store won’t sell replacement parts to consumer add that with horrible customer service from their manager ! I’ll never go back BUYER BEWARE!!!!

If your not a dealer the employee's will mislead you and tell you the part is 3× the actual price and give you bad information about the products and tell you wrong serial numbers send you on a wild goose chase only to find out after you go through a dealer that it was all bs and the part was 400.00 bucks less than the quote, And to find out you can buy the same part online. Messed up business model. No trust and spent twice as much because of their tactics..

Just placed an order this morning with Peyton, he is new back on the counter and has picked up the system again perfectly. Always a pleasure to work with!
