Before moving in to our new house in Edmond we decided to give a checkup to see if all our heating and cooling tech is in order. Josh and his team came in , inspected the indoor and outdoor units changed all the filters.

My furnace started making weird noises in the middle of the night. Called first thing in the morning and they fit me in that afternoon. Turns out it was just a loose part but they fixed it quickly and the price was reasonable.

My AC went out today, and Jacob was able to show up within less than an hour, and he fixed our issue in less than 30 minutes. Extremely good customer service, very nice and honest, and fair pricing. Ross has come out and worked on our heating system a few times. He is always very knowledgeable, professional, and quick. This last time we called on the weekend and he still arrived in about an hour. The prices for the repairs always seem very reasonable as well. It’s a pleasure to work with someone who genuinely wants to do everything he can to get our system back up and running. We have been very impressed and won’t use anyone else for our HVAC needs.

I have been a Frontline Comfort Systems customer for a couple of years now. They service my HVAC twice yearly, but until today I hadn't needed them for any other services. Unfortunately, I had a condensation line that was causing a problem. I called and they came out the next day. It was a simple fix, so they didn't even charge me (but full disclosure, I have contracted with them for my units). These folks are very professional, communicate well and just a pleasure to do business with. Thanks Frontline! I appreciate you and how you do business. Highly recommend them!
