This happened back on may the 28 of this yearJake came out got all the nasty stuff together and boxed it up . He even gave me some pointers to take to my landlord and get him to fix it in just a few days . The company is grate .

I don't know where to start. I'm not sure which was worse, the fire or the fire restoration. The inventory of was incomplete , the promises were not kept, items were removed and never returned. We were lied to so many time we quit counting. I would not recommend this company

SERVPRO of Edmond had great service, came out quickly to give estimate and was able to remediate all of our black mold in a timely manner. If something like this ever happens again we would definitely call John Conti again.

Someone came out the day after I called. Took pics and measurements and said we would get an estimate in 2 days and work could be done the following week. 3 days later I called and was told estimate would not be until the end of the following week. Another week and I call again and was told he would check on it and call me back. Never called me. After 3 1/2 weeks and no estimate and no work, I gave up on Servpro of Edmond. NOT impressed.

Worst cleaning company ever!! They came and "cleaned" after we had a house fire and went through reconstruction. They did an awful job! "Whole home construction clean" must not include dusting, bathrooms, floors, or wipe down of exterior cabinets. So, I'm not sure what they think they cleaned... ***UPDATE - MY GC HIRED YOU< I DID NOT SO YOU WILL NOT HAVE RECORD OF ME***

I would like to thank SERVPRO of Edmond for the excellent work they did removing the mildew from the south side of our building. The staff was prompt, courteous and very neat. The building looks great! I would definitely use their services again.

Gavin, Trey, and Sam came out this morning to clean up after a water leak in our home. They were efficient, quick, and did a great job. Thanks to guys for making a bad situation a bit better.
