They showed up to work on my neighbor's fence. Polite enough to knock, but will trespass if no one answers. Moved things around and didn't put them back. Allowed my dogs to escape into a neighbors yard.

I have used Small Town Property Revival for three separate jobs over the past few months. I have been very pleased each time. The handymen are prompt, work hard, and are courteous. James replaced a screen on our storm door that had not worked properly for almost a year. It now works like it did when new.

They are scheduled quickly and arrive on time. I would recommend this company for any type of handyman service needed.

By far the best folks for this type of work. I was stressing on finding someone who wouldn't leave the job done poorly for a quick buck but they finished front porch not only in a great time frame but it looks beautiful! We will definitely use them again for our next project!

They were the best !After having 3 other plumbers visit the site . They were so professional,on time ,informative ,precise and on target to get the job done . Eric and his crew did an excellent job removing a large tree in front of my house . They showed up when they said and cleaned up the area when finished. His price was more than fair. I’m very happy with his work and will use him again.

I had a floor replaced, tile layed, and a door replaced, by Small Town Property Revival. They are a very professional group of people, from scheduling, estimating, and completion of the jobs.They were always on time, never kept me waiting for them to show up. They were very fast and efficient, as well as reasonable for their services. I will definitely be calling them again, as well as telling others how great they are.

Just had my deck stripped, sanded, and refinished, also had my house power washed. Eric came to my house and gave an estimate on Monday and his crew was back out at 8am Tuesday just like he said they would be. These men are very professional and bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied, and that the job was done right. I would recommend them to anybody!! Happy customer!

I called Smalltown Property Revival to give me a quote to remove a large hot tub and few other things. Chris (& female helper) came out the same day, were both very polite, and gave me a quote that was very fair. He also said they could come the very next day.

I waited, for personal reasons, but called to schedule an appointment. They were able to take care of the items that day!! The lady I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful.

James and his helper (sorry I forgot his name) were very polite, also. They decided it would be better to take apart the hot tub, because of its size. James had to disconnect electricity thet ran to the hot tub, making sure it was safe for me. These two were amazing! It didn't take them long to get the job done, once they started.

I will be recommending this company to friends and family!! I will also be calling them back for any handyman chores that I need help with.

Eric initially showed up to give me an estimate on installing a door but ended up repairing my fence, repairing drywall, adding an electrical circuit and repairing several electrical outlets. They can do it all and do it well and at a great price! Excellent communication from my initial call to completion! Alyse, James, Jered, Eric and the rest of the crew took great care of us!This house needs a lot of work so our family will see a lot of this company! Stop reading this and call them!

I just bought my first home and I never had a gas stove. We bought a brand new stove but I didn't know how to hook it up. With it being gas, I didn't want to mess anything up so I called Small Town Property Revival. The lady I spoke to was very nice and got me scheduled for the next day to get an estimate. They arrived early the next day to give me an estimate and said they could have someone hook it up within the next hour or two. When the gentleman showed up to install the stove, they were extremely nice and got right to work. Less than 40 min and the job was done. If you need anything done around your home, call them! Affordable and friendly service. I have their number saved because I know I'll call them if I have anything else that comes up where I need help!

Small Town Property Revival took care of a loose ceiling light fixture at my rental property, which ended up being a more minor repair than I thought, and they very generously fixed it at no charge. Despite the job ending up being an easy fix, I did not expect nor demand such generosity. Needless to say, these are absolutely top notch people, and I will certainly be a returning customer. Our AC went out during the heat wave and these guys did absolutely everything in their power to get us cool again! Communication was top notch and gave me tips to avoid future issue. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
