We recently had both of our HVAC units replaced, and I truly cannot recommend RCI HVAC & Construction Services LLC enough. This was hands down some of the best service I’ve ever received.

Patrick was great with communication throughout the entire process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Their pricing was very fair and transparent, which we really appreciated.

I also wanted to highlight the two installers who worked on our units. They were some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. Not only that, they were incredibly kind, in great spirits, and smiling from start to finish. I know it was a long, hot day, and their work ethic and attitude never changed.

If you’re looking for an honest company, fair pricing, and a team that genuinely takes pride in their work, I highly recommend them.

Got my AC up and running within an hour. Tech fixed the problem and did not try and upsell anything. Pricing was fair.

Daniel and his crew were very professional and clean after the installation.
I had a complete NEW 5K A/C with heat package unit installed. I live in a double wide mobile home. They had to crawl under the home to install 2 new vents.
With the old unit I had to lay on the floor with my face inches from the floor registers just to get air. I told Daniel that I wanted to go to the farthest register, hold my hand 5’ up and feel the air.
Success !!!! I now have air !!!!

Daniel and his team were great to work with when my AC quit working in the middle of July. He did everything he could to fix the current system before suggesting I needed to replace my unit (come to find out it was 20 years old!). He gave me multiple solutions to choose from and answered all of my questions patiently. His customer service was top notch and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. He went above and beyond what I imagined the experience would be like. I highly recommend this team for all of your HVAC needs!

Honestly we had a really hard time getting anyone to be transparent with us in the past with pricing. Or they would be late or just not show up. We were thankful to have this company referred by a friend of ours. Guy was on time very clear about cost and got the job done quickly. It was obvious he didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need. Last guy told us we needed a whole new unit and we didn’t have the funds or the trust in this inspection. Keyton came out to check our AC last week and just needed to recharge the AC unit. Saved us so much money. Will definitely keep them as our main contractors for these issues.
