I had to give a star to respond otherwise run. They flipping suck. Took my money... no receipt no warranty no answer to my phone calls. They charged my credit card. I needed the receipt for my home warranty never received it so guess what no reimbursement. They replaced my water heater but I have no idea with what kind of water heater if it has a warranty if they stole it out of someone's house and put it in mine because I have no paperwork whatsoever other than the fact that they charge my credit card. Well guess what I don't get some kind of information I'm going to protest this sale and I'm not going to pay for a damn thing or else I'm taking them to court. So be wary because they could take you for a ride.

The guys showed up on time and very quickly gave me an estimate about what they thought it would cost as well as options should I decide to do things a bit differently. The job ended up being more difficult than expected and still they got me fixed and taken care of. These guys definitely went the extra mile and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing professional plumbing work done.

I feel Champion plumbing did a great job unplugging my sewer line. I made a service call around 10am early in the morning and within a few hours my service tech arrived. He was knowledgeable about the problem and within no time had my drains clear.
I recommend calling Champion for your service needs.

Champion plumbing was able to fit me in quickly for my emergency plumbing issue! They are responsive, communicative, and thorough. Logan and Wyland were incredibly professional and worked hard to complete my service quickly but with care. Thank you!

Couldn't fix my problem of clogged kitchen sink and still wanted to charge me 199.00. wouldn't give them one star!!! And 750.00 for a bathroom faucet. Really!!!

Had to get a water line replaced on a Sunday. Did it quick and cost wasn't crazy for an emergency call. Ethan was great. Hopefully next time I use them it won't be emergency

Extremely pleased with this company! Expert service friendly knowledgeable staff...arrived in minimal amount of time from the time I called and scheduled. We had prompt response and service with our leaky outdoor faucet. Repair was complicated due to extenuating factors, but Tito (our plumbing specialist) was diligent in making sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

After my shell shock, I felt extremely informed by the very knowledgeable gentleman who came out. We spoke about my wants/needs and went over my options. He was very personable, polite, patient and professional.
I feel the cost is just way over the budget we set aside to spend and much higher than anyone else's estimate provided.
Had the office assistant been able to provide that information, since I explaind I was shopping, it could have saved us all a lot of time.
But, I will say, the gentleman (Rile) who came out is definitely top notch!!

This review is from an experience I had last year. A little back story here, our hot water smelled really bad. My husbands sister had just passed away and some family friends were going to be staying at our house. I wanted to make sure the water didn’t smell bad while I was gone since they were willing to stay at our house and watch our dogs while we drove to attend the funeral. EVERYTHING I read online said it was the anode that needed to be replaced. It seemed like a pretty easy and quick fix that wouldn’t be too much money. I called Champion Plumbing based off of the great reviews posted online.

The plumber came, looked at the water heater, looked at when the warranty expired, and explained to me that anodes can’t be replaced anymore and the only solution was to get a new water heater since the warranty on mine was up.

Fast forward a bit, my husband looks at the water heater finds the instruction book on top that literally states you can replace the anode. I just cannot get past the fact that he tried to make me spend $3000 for a fix that was actually $30. What the heck?! I would not trust this company to do plumbing jobs based on this experience.

Our plumber was extremely knowledgeable and great with customer service. We had a new water heater installed in just one day. Highly recommend this company.

William was great. Everything went seamless. We had a slab leak and in 3 days it was detected and fixed. They were on time, professional and knowledgeable. William gave several options to fix the leak and didnt give us a hard time when we chose the option to fix it that was cheaper. Everything was clean when finished as well. Will definitely be our go to for plumbing from now on.

My plumber from champion, Chase Rieta, came out and took care of my issue very quickly. He also gave me some great suggestions on things that could be improved in my water systems. Mostly, he was an awesome guy.
