friends and they did not disappoint. Curtis and Cody, the two brothers that run this business impressed me with the speed and professionalism they had. They were able to pencil us in just days after the call. They set up tarps and covers over computers, tables, beds and anything really that needed it. On top of that they walked me through the process, and took the time to answer all my questions and then some. They did great work, I will call them back and I will recommend them to anyone in need of their service.

Downwind Ducts have been life-savers this year. They correctly identified problems I had with rainwater seeping into my ducts. Several times they cleared out the ducts, while I was able to get gutters and French drains to solve the problem. They are quick, friendly, and professional. They were friendly with my crazy dogs too!

Good dryer vent cleaning service for a reasonable price. They even cleaned out the internal dryer exhaust duct, which I was not expecting.

Arrived on time,didn't leave the house messy at all,priceing was reasonable, gave a Veteran discount, did the work in the alotted time scheduled and very polite and courteous!

Staff were neutral and helpful.

Downwind did a good job cleaning my air ducts - arrived on time, clean the duct, but after further inspection, it appears that at least three of the diffusers/metal vents were re-installed improperly??.

They were very responsive, great price, nice guys. They were also on time to the job site and did a very thorough job!!! Will definitely be calling them again!
