I was referred to this company by my neighbors who own Familia Heat and Air. I was impressed with Elizabeth who scheduled my service. I then immediately received a text with my technicians information and confirmation followed by a reminder text for the appt. My tech called this morning to let me know when his crew would arrive on time. Keith introduced himself along with Tyler & Bruce. Then they went right to work. I had 33 duct vents to clean and they didn’t rush through it they worked at a good pace.It wasn’t cheap becauseI had so many but it wasn’t overpriced either, I felt it was more than fair for the service I received. I could tell by the crew and the equipment this was a quality company. Keith, Tyler & Bruce were very courteous and professional in their work. As a service provider business owner myself this kind of service reflects on a company owners dedication to providing a quality value added service to their clients. I highly recommend them and not the guys in little vans trying to do the job of a company who has invested in its people and the ability to provide a quality service. They responded with incredible speed and efficiency, using their industrial dehumidifiers to dry out our home. Their prompt response significantly mitigated the damage. They were also well-versed in working with insurance companies, providing all the necessary documentation to ensure the process of insurance reimbursement went smoothly.

Additionally, Sooner Restoration assisted us with mold remediation. They were incredibly thorough, leaving no stone unturned. The entire team was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. At the end of the process, the mold was completely gone, and we felt a huge sense of relief.
