This company was terrible they cancelled 4 times and each time we had to wait another week and still didn’t finish the job I had to change companies.

I had a technician come out through my warranty of safeware ,his name was AAron, he was very friendly, diagnosed the problem on my dryer, but had to order a part, now have to wait approx 7 more business days, I wish they had more parts on their trucks, this is no fault of Aaron, but this stuff happens, just wanting my dryer fixed, Aaron explained everything and tried to give me a temporary fix , I really appreciate people that take the time to do this, I will do another review when my dryer gets fixed.

O for 2 working for us. This time they no showed the appointment. Then didn't want to refund the appointment fee that they charge before they even come out. First time, they charged us fee, then couldn't determine anything. Kept the $120 appointment charge, even though they were not capable of determining the issue. Said they would get back to us, and never did. Disappointed.
