I have know this person long before he ever started a business ..he always came through to fix almost anything that was broken in my house washer,dryer, fridge you name it ,at a great price too!!

Made original appointment, but cancelled and rescheduled on a Sunday. Kevin, repairman, was right on time, very professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Good service. Knew exactly what was wrong and advised on the best approach to repair or replacement regardless of which would make him more money. Really cares about his customers.

Of course when the Dryer goes down it's just out of warranty. Traveling Man got them to honor the out of date warranty got my part and I'm happy to say dry undies again!

Fridge went down right before the Holiday, and the wife demanded action. Called a few places and the price for someone to come out was out of control.
Came across this company and the Tech Kevin went way above and beyond to get it back up and running.

They say customer service is dead, I would agree with them until I had this team to repair my washing machine! I was surprised by how well the communicated and actually showed up on time. Repair cost was reasonable I mean no one saves to repair an appliance lol, but they made it easier to handle. Thank you for keeping my faith in customer service. Keep up the great work!

I had an issue with my washing machine and I called these guys and they had someone here within 45 minutes. Kevin showed up got the job done and was in and out of here in 30 to 45 minutes. Back to washing my laundry. Very reasonable price and definitely speedy n professional

He was on time and he was very good at his job. He went to work as soon as he got here. Cleaned up after the work was completed.. And was very nice and explained what he was fixing. Great job 👍

Unprofessional. Bad communication. Unresponsive. Technician came after a couple attempts to schedule a visit, walked in complaining about a bad review, assessed the oven and shared what he thought the problem was (sounded legit). Stated he would check on parts and get back with me. After not hearing anything for a week and a half I reached back out on my office phone just to make sure they’d answer and they sounded surprised and said he was still looking for parts (but no one had notified me of anything). Now a month later I didn’t bother following up anymore and they still have yet to contact me so I replaced my own oven. I believe they were content with receiving the $100 fee for coming to “look” at the oven and act like they were doing something.

Traveling Man Appliance Repair was dispatched through Choice Home Warranty (which is already a nightmare), and the experience was just as bad. They took forever to order a replacement ice maker part for my refrigerator. When the technician finally showed up, he attempted to install it and then realized it was the wrong part.

He said he would order the correct part, then completely disappeared. No follow up, no calls back, nothing. I paid the $75 service fee and got absolutely nowhere.

To make matters worse, he later claimed that the correct part was no longer made, which was completely false. Another appliance company came out, ordered the correct part immediately, fixed the issue right away, and didn’t even charge me.

This company wasted my time, took my money, and never resolved the problem. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This company was hired by my home warranty service. They took a week to come for a diagnosis and then was here for about 20 minutes to diagnose my washer. He said that some parts were worn down and needed replaced. He also said he would contact my warranty company and once they approve the service they would order parts and make an appointment to come back to repair. He did not even say it might not be covered, so I didnt ask for the estimate at that time. The warranty company did not approve it, saying that the service person said that we had abused our washer from overloading and several things needed replaced or repaired, including the door. This was not mentioned to me at all by the service man. He said that this happens all the time from heavy loads. I called the company and asked why there wasn't an estimate or even a service appointment mentioned on my portal that they set up. I had given them a check for the diagnosis, to get an estimate, yet it didnt look like they even came to my house. The lady said that they would get it to me by the end of the day. Nothing happened. After the weekend I contacted the warranty company and asked for a copy of the estimate. They refused to give it to me but apparently called the Traveling Man company and asked them to send me it. The warranty specialist said I would have it by the end of the day. It is three days later and nothing. Do not contact this company if you are working through a home warranty, or if you do, request to have them contact the warranty service right in front of you for approval and an estimate. Otherese, they will totally ignore you once they get their check and the warranty company doesn't approve it. I just wanted my washer fixed, whether or not the home warranty covered it. I did not get any service, or even an estimate. They just took my check qfor $65 ,and left, never to hear from them again.

Traveling Man is the absolute best, great pricing & speedy service. I loved the maintenance guy that always comes out. He's super friendly and always explains what's going on as well as what he has to do to fix your problem. Would recommend for anything that needs to be fixed. They are definitely worth 10 stars 🌟

This company is amazing. They went above and beyond to get my appliance fixed even after the warranty company jacked me around for months. Their technician Kevin was Phenomenal, very patient, and very knowledgeable. Their pricing is very affordable and they do exactly what the say they are going to do. Worst experience ever! Do not use GE Applaince Service in OKC. They don't know a refrigerator from a dishwasher! They're idiots. Took 4 separate visits over 2 months to fix our refrigerator... really!
