Always professional and helpful

JT Services (the absolute best in septic ststems) is now offering HVAC installations and maintenance, so I've taken the opportunity to check them out for quality, knowledge, professionalism, price, etc. I can honestly say that they're hard to beat in this area. As regards "You get what you pay for," I highly recommended giving them a call. Neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but for sure 5 star quality service.

We had to make an after-hours emergency call to JT Services when we suddenly realized—while hosting a house full of company—that our toilets wouldn’t flush and there was a strong smell outside. Talk about stressful timing!
When we called, Dina was incredibly helpful and reassuring. As a new septic owner, I really appreciated her taking the time to explain what might be going on and what we could expect, especially with all the recent rain.
Dom arrived within an hour, which was amazing. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly located the septic lid and identified the problem right away, putting us at ease.
