LeAnn called and scheduled my appointment. I was updated via texts and emails that the part has been ordered and then received. Mike the tech showed up on time on the day of the appointment, and replaced the part and viola my Dishwasher came on!
The next day I received another call from LeAnn just checking to see if the dishwasher had been satisfactorily taken care of.
Great Customer Service and Service Repairs!!

Because our refrigerator was still under the company's one year warranty when the problem occurred, I first called them and they contacted Professional Appliances & TV Service. A couple of days later Jason, their repair technician, came and resolved the problem. We are pleased with their prompt and professional service.

The folks were friendly on the phone but the process was extremely slow. It took 14 days from the time a request was made for a service call to the time of actual repair. A call was made on a Thursday for a Service Call for an LG Front Load Washing Machine that was only 1 1/2 years old. The serviceman showed late in the day the following Tuesday, only to tell us what we knew, that the pump was out. He said they would have to order the part. He said he would be back Thursday with the part. We waited and no call, no email and no serviceman. I called to find out that the part was back ordered and the part should arrive the following Monday and then they would schedule me for the next available opening which would be the following Friday, 10 days after the first service call. I voiced my concern and she said they might be able to get me in on Thursday, 9 days after the first service call and 14 days after the call was made requesting a repair. It seems the process is wait 5 days to have someone look at it and another 9 days for the repair. And why would an open ticket work order not have precedence over new work orders. Funning thing is, I called around town and found the water pump at a popular local Appliance Parts Store in stock, no back order. Popular part on a popular washing machine!!!

My 2 repair Technicians arrived promptly and, set up the equipment needed to repair my Samsung 50 smart TV that wouldn't update which caused the TV to not to be able to access apps and other things. They removed a part and installed a new one. The TV has been working great since the repair. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

I am so sorry that I can't remember the 2 guys name.

Matthew was very professional and knowledgeable when he came to look at my fridge. Before Matthew came out I had another company look at my fridge and they ran a test saying a line was clogged and it would be $600 to repair. Their diagnosis was WRONG! I can say with certainty that Professional Appliance and TV Repair knew what they were doing. I would recommend using them.

I set up a warranty claim to have my washer fixed and was told that this company would be completing the repair. I received a call scheduling the appointment 2 and a half weeks later, annoying but ok. Then I received a text that the part that they ordered for the repair had arrived a over a week before the service and everything was on schedule. The repair guy shows up during the appointment time and tells me that he realized that he ordered the wrong part the night before but decided to come out anyway to take a look at the washer. He said that he needed to order the correct parts and that we need ro reschedule, I get a call the next day wanting me to wait another 2 and a half weeks for them to come back out and and actually fix the washer with the correct parts. Thats well over a month of having a washing machine that doesn't work because they ordered the wrong part. I hope I never have to work with this company again.

Had to wait longer than normal on repair date, but was the holidays so understood. Everything else was good. Repairman was on time, professional and explained what had went wrong. Company does great with keeping customer in loop thru texting from beginning to end. Do not know about value because oven was still under warranty. Overall positive.

Matthew was very nice when he came to see our broken tv two weeks ago then explained the steps of having to take the tv for repair! He gave me a 2 week time frame and they did it in just that amount of time! He came back delivered the tv back to us and stayed to make sure everything was good! We had a great experience with this business! Will use again thank you!

I had a very negative experience with this company and it looks like I'm not the only one.

As you can see, the only positive reviews here are about the technicians. I agree, the tech who came to my house was nice. But beware if you ever have any problems and have to deal with the owner (Jason). You will regret doing business with them. He's absolutely awful, argumentative, and knows nothing about customer service (Watch as they prove me right...they will argue with this review that they did nothing wrong just as they have with every other negative review on here). He refuses to do anything to make a situation right for his customers. No one should support a business that treats customers like trash. Run and run fast. There are plenty of choices in companies who actually deserve your business.

Matthew was great. He was on time and I had an extremely easy fix, he was out in probably under 10 minutes tops. Appreciate this company and how they handled my warranty repair from calling in, all the way to the repair. Very professional

Horrible experience! Zero stars! Had to wait over a week for an appointment to fix my washer bought at Home Depot in November, 2014. Their phones aren't answered until 10 am and are closed down from 1-2 pm. I received no communication to verify appointment or give me a window of time for the service call so I called the day before to verify appointment time. I was told I was on the schedule and would receive a call by 4 pm that day with a time. No call. Called morning of appointment to get a time. I was told I'd get a call by noon. No call. Finally reached someone at 2:00. Lady just couldn't explain why their repairman failed to take my order, but she could "fit me in" in a day and a half! No way! There were red flags throughout the process and I was absolutely done dealing with them so I started the entire repair process over again rather than work with these "Unprofessionals"! If Home Depot tries to send you to them for warranty work, do yourself a favor and reject them! Don't believe the reviews on their website because they delete unfavorable ones. Even on this thread, the management response to complaints is to make excuses and blame the customer for their failures or behavior. Not true! Beware!

The repairman was very friendly, very thorough, and very professional. After dealing with the warranty company and several repair services for 6 weeks, Matthew came out and went through the oven with a fine tooth comb. after an hour he found the problem, trouble is it was a wiring problem in the wall, not an oven issue at all. It started as an oven problem, then which may have been brought on by a faulty ground wire. Seems like the first two company's that came out should have found that, but Matthew wasn't going to quit until he found the problem. Great work, I would highly recommend this company and have highest regards for Matthew.

Could not be more satisfied with this company. From the first phone call to the on time service call, everything was handled professionally with the office to Matthew Kerby , the technician. The follow up and their expertise in knowledge of the Samsung product were impressive. I will definitely recommend them!

We were very pleased with the response we got. I called on a Monday and Mike was assigned to come out on the following Friday. He showed up within the given time-frame and made the diagnosis on our Samsung TV. He thought it might take a week to get the part ordered and in house. When he got back to the shop, he was able to find the part so he called to schedule a return for Tuesday. Needless to say, he returned as scheduled, made the repair and verified the set worked. Both times, Mike was very friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend these folks for any repairs.

Panel went out on my Samsung Smart TV, and I contacted Samsung since it was under warranty. They sent Mike from Professional Appliance and TV Service out to look at it. He came on a Monday and actually waited on us to get home, but he didn't have the part he needed to replace. He came back exactly a week later with the parts and fixed my TV. He was in and out in 20 minutes. Great service! Very Professional. TV works like a charm. Will definitely call them in the future.

The technician did a prompt, professional job. He knew what was needed for the repair. We are extremely happy that Professional Appliance & TV Service did the fix. Just couldnt be happier with the repair nor Professional Appliances contacts and follow-up. Thank you.
A year later we have been extremely happy with the quality of the work.

Matt was extremely helpful. He fixed my tv and was so knowledgeable about exactly what to do. He was professional and so personable. Your company is lucky to have such an asset. I appreciate the time and expertise. Thank you so much for all the help! Matt needs to know how much he is appreciated especially in this day and time.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company! Only giving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. 3 weeks in and our dishwasher still isn't fixed.

Week #1- repairman arrives and after 20 minutes states there is nothing wrong with our dishwasher. After my nearly 70 year old mother points out several things that indicate it isn't working he states he will order a part and be back next week.

Week #2 - brings part spends 45ish minutes attempting to install the part, made NUMEROUS phone calls because he didn't know how to replace the part. Decides that's not actually what is broken. Says he will be back the following Friday. Previously mention mother asks if he can please come sooner and he respond that he will get the part local and come as soon as he can. We then spend the next week making sure someone is home at all times in case he does as he said he would.

Week #3 - He does not come before Friday so we are waiting for our scheduled appointment (11-4). Then we receive a call that says he will be out Monday. We correct the lady on the phone telling her our appointment is today and she informs us that he never put us on the schedule and there is no one available as promised.

Week #4 - Here I am questioning what poor customer service strategies will be employed this week?!

Excellent job! Hadn’t been able to use on of my burners for two years. Jason fixed it within about 15 minutes with a new switch. Got to cook on it tonight and worked well!! Would highly recommend! He’s also fixed some tvs for me as well!
