Do NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! They never showed up for the scheduled time or called to reschedule. Their customer service is a joke.

Had an appt today between 4-7. I took off work to be home. Never showed up or called. I even called to make sure they were still coming at 630. Still nothing!

I’d use someone else. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. They gave me a 1pm-4pm window. I called at 3:45 to verify they were still coming and they said yep we will be there. Called at 5:15 and they said yep we will be there. Never showed up. Don’t waste your time. Give your money to someone else that has integrity.

All I can say is ask for Eddie he went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exactly what I needed he called before showing up and he was upfront on pricing highly recommend.

We had Edward out last spring and he did a wonderful job, true red carpet service and clean up. We had a full nest if birds that got in because the cap was damaged. Once the babies left the nest we had them come sweep the chimney out and replace the cap. He did quick work and kept everything super clean. Will definitely call them again if we need anything for our chimney.

I am really happy with the service I received. The owner was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I needed to get a check-up for my fireplace since I hadn't used it and was unfamiliar with how it worked. He patiently showed me how to operate it and kindly applied the $69 deposit toward my cleaning and repair fee, which I felt was a fair price. I definitely plan to use their service again because they made everything so easy. I called and quickly got an appointment for the next day, just before the holidays, which was very helpful.
