He graciously offered to sell me a part. If I determined I needed it, after I determined the issue was beyond my capability. We gave him a call, he went above and beyond made an after-hours visit to fix it. Preston and the crew did a great job helping get our air conditioning unit in tip top shape before the summer heat set in. He identified a refrigerant leak quickly, helped get the correct warrantied parts in a timely manner and did the install all while maintaining excellent communication throughout. Nice to know there are still good and honest tradesmen around like Hodge Heat and Air LLC. Hope to not need to call for a repair again but if I do you bet it will be to Hodge Heat and Air!

Preston and Spencer came out to service my AC unit that had been struggling to keep up in the heat. They could have told me I needed a new unit and I would have taken their word, but all that was necessary was a good cleaning. Saved me time and money. Quality service and not here to price gouge!

Called other company by people recommended and these guys were the first ones out and checked out my heating system a few hours after I called and service call was definitely cheaper than some of the others.

Contacted Hodge to get a quote on getting a Mini-split installed in my garage(after getting ghosted by multiple other HVAC guys) Got a quote a week ago, got the unit installed by them today. Install was super smooth, they arrived on time and were super professional. Will definitely be using them for all of my future HVAC needs! Highly Recommend!

I called Preston at Hodge Heat and Air because I saw a post on Facebook where he helped someone very late at night when their AC went out and I thought that was somebody that I’d like to do business with. I can say I was not disappointed. I called them around 10 in the morning and by 2 PM they were here. They realized the problem and explained to me what needed to be done. They got it fixed before 4 o’clock and it never even got warm in my house. It was extremely affordable and they did a great job! Very Highly Recommend!!!!

Our fan on our ac compressor went out this morning and before the house could even get warm, Preston Hodge from Hodge Heat and Air came out and had it fixed. I just can't say enough good things about this company. Preston was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and his pricing is fair. After seeing an ad on a local FB page for their $59.95 A/C maintenance, I researched their company and gave them a call. Preston & Spencer were out the next day! I'm so happy I called them...they were on time, very professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned my outside unit (which was horribly dirty) and checked the entire system. Preston discovered some issues with my 25yr old system, and walked me through those issues. We discussed maintaining my current system as well as a system upgrade. I requested that he provide me with system upgrade options & quotes. Preston wasn't pushy nor did he try to "scare" me into a new system as some a/c companies do.
