Had a clogged kitchen sink, I tried everything I could, my tools were not sufficient, threw up the white flag and called the professionals with the big guns! booked an appointment for next morning, had it done within the hour, no extra charges great pricing and amazing work. I will call them again forsure and recommend them to everyone

Luke was sent to our house the next day to fix our leaking sink, he was polite & well mannered! He did an awesome job & made sure it didn't leak again before he left! Terrible service! Called about a leak they came out and didn't even prevent it from leaking more. Needless to say it kept leaking after they came. Would not recommend this company to anyone! Very unprofessional and obviously not knowledgeable!

I used Atkinson for a very large project at my house in Amherstburg a few years ago. They did a great job, and over saw other contractors. I have also used them for small projects with great success. If you need honest, quality work I highly recommend them.

Mr. Atkinson Sr and Jr have helped my dad for years with the old boiler and furnace in his home, and they have always been incredibly responsive, professional and kind. At one point, they were coming by the house a few times a day to reset (and secure) the thermostat when he was suffering dementia. Trustworthy, expert and fine professionals.

Horrible customer service and charged alot for job. In addition work they did will cost me thousands to fix. Never deal with them again.

Mark, David and Adam are all very professional and get the job done! I have used Plumbing Now for new sink and faucet installation as well as new sump pump with backup installation. I have signed up to become a Diamond member for just a small fee per month to know that I am getting great prices and am in good hands.

Mark and David arrived promptly and completed multiple services in a very short time. New toilet, repair to a second toilet, installed sump pump with battery back up, overflow discharge installation, and washer plumbing. They even helped me install dryer. Professional, perfectionists, and no corners were cut to get the job done. Fair pricing for services. I am a customer for life.

3:30 am realized sump pump & battery back up were not working. Alarm sounding. Found water overflowing, basement starting to flood. We started bailingthe water. Realized it was a loosing battle. Googled" 24 hour emergency plumbers" One # never answered, second # went to voice mail. Third # "Plumbing Now" answered by a real person, took down pertinent info.
Got call back & told them situation & that there was 2-3 inches of water in basement & rising. Got an eta 1/2 an hour to an hour. Plumber David arrived before hour was up. He assessed the situation & had new sump pump & battery back up installed quickly. Water started drain away immediately. David took old pump & battery back up to dispose of, cleaned up wires & mess. Excellent service! Highly, highly recommend this company. In addition I I would also like to add that the owner of the company stopped by because I had some questions. He noticed some piping that he thought was off. He ended up taking down ceiling tiles and discovered that the piping from the hot water tank had completely broke apart and was leaking carbon monoxide into our home. Subsequently a new hot water tank was installed THAT DAY & piping brought up to current codes. It was because of this man's curiosity & commitment to making sure things were functioning correctly that a deadly outcome was avoided. We are grateful to the entire staff at Plumbing Now, from the on-site plumbers to (David, Adam & owner - Mark) the office staff(Sandy) who was very helpful & patient with my lack of knowledge & experience with e - transferring . Plumbing Now provided us with excellent service, quality of work & piece of mind that our home was safe. Will definitely be using Plumbing Now for ALL plumbing needs. Thank you very very much.
