I can’t say enough good things about Hartwick Tree and Wood Ltd. From the first call to the final cleanup, the whole experience was excellent. Craig was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He took the time to explain what needed to be done with our trees and why, which gave us a lot of confidence that we were in good hands.
Craig and the crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with great care for our property. They removed a large tree and did some pruning, and when they were finished the yard was cleaner than when they arrived.
If you need tree work done, I would highly recommend Hartwick Tree and Wood Ltd. They truly went above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

Craig was super friendly and helpful, he delivered us a load of natural mulch to use in my garden beds. I really appreciate that he was interested in supporting small local gardeners by bringing us some chips. I was really happy with the size and quality of the chips, for arborist chips, they are some of the better quality I have seen.

I found Niagara Tree Co on Google, and called Craig to see about a spruce tree on our property that was starting to fail. He came the very next day to assess the tree, spent time discussing different options, and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us information on how to save the tree ourselves, as well as pricing for removal or intervention. Moving forward we will be using this company for all of our tree services.
