Another vendor installed a new all electric Heat Pump system 2 months ago. With the first sub-freezing and snow of the season our electric backup heat failed to start. Given extreme weather that vendor couldn't dispatch a service tech.
Enter Jose from Roselyn Home Repairs. I got a referral from a contractor friend and Jose was able to help me get heat restored with text and phone support. Nominal charge for phone service, and saved us from multiple days without heat in the most extreme winter weather we've seen this year. Thank you Jose! Highly recommended for exceptional service!
