Gabriel did a great job at a great price, and he was professional and easy to work with!

A very good experience with Gabe and his company! We live in the North Gilham area, and I needed some light moss removal, gutter cleaning, and moss treatment for my 6 yr-old roof. Gabe responded quickly to my inquiry, provided a timely estimate, and confirmed a day for the work to be done all within 24 hours. I had a few questions before and after the work was done, and Gabe always responded promptly. He provided pictures of the work that he completed, and left the driveway and other areas clean. Definitely plan to use him again.

Gabriel and his team were terrific. Gabriel returned my call immediately, gave me an estimate that day and finished the job within a couple of days. They did a very thorough job and the roof now looks excellent. Most importantly, they were very professional and likeable. I highly recommend them.

Gabe was quick to respond to my inquiry about cleaning our roof and gutters and fit us in faster than anyone else could. They did a fantastic job especially considering the roof hasn't been cleaned in 3 plus years. They absolutely lived up to their name because even now (several months later), it still looks good as new! I highly recommend and will use in the future.

Couldn't have been better! Gabriel was on time, friendly, and professional, and got all of the gutters cleaned quickly on my two-story home. They hadn't been cleaned for a couple of years so were fairly clogged. He even sent before and after pictures. Price was reasonable too. Will definitely call him for service again next year.

Gabe came to my home on the date promised and always communicated professionally. I needed to have large amounts of fir needles blown off my home and shop and he did a very professional job and afterwards spread zinc sulfate on both roofs to prevent moss buildup. He was very professional and reasonable and I would highly recommend his service.

I recently hired Gabriel to clean my roof and treat the moss. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt in communication. He and his partner have well done a neat and professional job! One of my neighbors told me the work looks great and the other neighbor immediately contacted him for her roof cleaning. Nice guy and great work. Highly recommend!

Gabe cleaned and treated my roof and cleaned my gutters. He did a very good job and was easy to work with. I felt his pricing was very fair and will certainly use him again in the future.

I first hired Gabriel and Good As New a year ago when I was catching up on deferred maintenance on my family's rental properties. Egads! We had some serious hobbit roof going on on a couple homes.

Over the winter I had an insurance issue with one roof, and had to have it cleaned asap. The company I used got it done, but it was very expensive and not worth repeating. So last summer I set out to find a company I would be happy to work with long term.

I found Gabriel on Yelp, along with other companies, and I asked all of them for the same important information - a copy of their proof of liability insurance. Gabriel was the only one give me that info! The other companies ignored my request even as some would still send quotes. I understand that roof cleaning is not a job that requires a contractor's license, but I sure want to know that a person has liability coverage when going on a roof.

Gabriel's quotes also were the most competitive of those I received. He ended up doing 10 or so roofs for me last year and this one. He did one for me in the winter that was a real pain and he so came through for me - another insurance required one with a short time limit.

He has used baking soda for us on all the roofs. We have homes that are near bodies of water, water runoff areas, and also that have tenants with kids and pets, so we only wanted the non-toxic option.

Now we are finally caught up on all the problem roofs, and can just do maintenance for the time. I am so appreciative of Gabriel's hard work, his great attitude, and wonderful communication skills.

Good As New Roofing did a great job. Gabriel was very professional, responsive, and on time. He cleaned our gutters and roof very well. His documentation with pictures was excellent. He showed the gutters before and after so we knew what he had done. He even took photos of a couple of minor issues he saw that were useful to know about.

Gabriel and crew did an awesome job with our moss removal and driveway cleaning. They were super easy to work with and very reasonably priced!

Gabe was incredibly easy to communicate with and he and his crew arrived right on time. Price was great and quality of work top notch. I wanted a non-toxic preventative solution after the moss was cleaned off my roof, since I am not far from Amazon Creek, and he was supportive of using baking soda. Definitely recommend

Gabriel and his crew did a thorough job on our embarrassingly moss-laden roof and very dirty gutters. Very good price for the more than four hours of work they devoted cleaning our three-story home with very steep pitch (using ropes and ladders). Very communicative, effective and friendly, we'll be having As Good As New Roofing back for regular cleanups.
