I wanted to expand my pollinator garden and saw a milkweed plant for sale there, asclepias curassavica. I bought two and later found out that this species can be invasive and also disturb the migration of monarch butterflies in several ways. I checked websites of well-known butterfly organizations like the Xerces Society and they state that this species should not be planted. I destroyed the plants. Also, the house in front that appears to be part of the property (though may not be) is displaying a Trump sign. There is nothing illegal about the sign or selling the plants but I was left with a poor impression of a business that I probably do not want to patronize in the future.

Wonderful selection of full and healthy house plants! Big terra-cotta pot section as well. I love looking for deals on the 75% off rack. This has become one of my favorite nurseries in the area.

They have a great selection of plants and trees but at a very very high price, prices are doubles and sometimes triple of what you'll find somewhere else, like other local nurseries, even higher than jerrys. Anyway, this is a good place to find that plant/tree you have been looking for so long just pack yourself a couple hundred dollars.

Even better than the great plant selection is the staff. To a person, staff greeted me and took time to chat and share their enthusiasm for plants. Johnson Bros. is this plant lover’s idea of paradise!

THE best place to shop for one plant or your whole landscaping project and everything in between. Helpful staff, healthy plants, and beautiful gifts. Nice place to wander and get ideas.

We have purchased our annuals, perennials and trees at Johnson’s for the past 20 years. The quality of plants are consistent and employees are knowledgeable. It’s fun to wander and see all the beautiful offerings.

Got my ladybugs here! The only place in town that has them in stock right now. I released them at dusk and today they’re all over surrounding plants. Hopefully they’ll stay awhile…

Not impressed when you tell them you're out to spend hundreds on plants and would like some help picking out the right ones for your property and they say someone will call you back to do that and then no one ever calls back. NOT good business! I found another place that was glad to help me pick out those plants, they were very helpful and will get my business from here on out as I've found a new love of plants in my retirement, and I have an acre I want to fill with trees and bushes and nature loving plants! My money sure won't be going to Johnson's!

Johnson Brothers is a flower and plant wonderland! So many colors everywhere. They have a huge selection of flowers, plants and vegetable starters, and they are famous for their hanging baskets. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I also like that they are family owned and operated. I was able to save a little money as well by signing up for their email newsletter on their website.

This place is an oasis. With a sprawling outdoor area and several greenhouses and buildings, there is much to be discovered and explored. They have a beautiful selection of indoor plants (which is what I shop here for, as I don't have any outdoor space for outside plants) and good prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Love this place and visit often.

My family and I have been going to Johnson Bro's for about 4 months now. After years of only having a few of the same houseplants we have turned our home into a thriving jungle with the help of the friendly staff. They're friendly and knowledgeable! Now our outside is growing by the weekend. All of the plants we have purchased (well over 80!) Have all been nothing but healthy, thriving beauties!

Always beautiful plants and basket combos! My front porch baskets are almost always the pre-made beauties from Johnson Brothers' and my raised planting beds out back get a few special color spots each season! Staff is very helpful and quite knowledgeable. I'm always happy when I get to stroll through a good garden store!

Not only does Johnson Brothers Garden Market have a large selection of beautiful and healthy plants, but it is also a lovely destination spot. It is a joy to stroll around this property that is family friendly and pet friendly. Their staff is knowledgeable and professional. I won't buy plants anywhere else!

Second time here. What a gem! Beautiful plants, fun pots and helpful staff. I was THRILLED to find sweet peas potted up and blooming! It's a bit of a drive from where I live, but well worth the trip! I'll be back!

This place has a beautiful selection of plants and pots and the employees are super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. HOWEVER I would highly recommend never buying succulents from here. Over the course of several months I've bought several succulents and they have all been clippings placed in a pot with no roots. The succulents will root over time but if you're new to succulents or don't repot soon enough to realize they arent any roots you may tend to over water and then that causes the clippings to rot. Last time I was there they had a nice selection of really nice looking succulents bigger than they usually have and well worth the price EXCEPT they were spray painted!! It can wear off over time or you can painstakingly try to remove it yourself by then the harm is done because the plant can't go through photosynthesis. I'll continue to buy other plants here but never wasting my money on their succulents again.
