I can’t even rate this place. There customer service is next to none in the worst way. Linda Harris-Rogers is very rude and unhelpful. She was very irritable and clearly did not want our business. I hope the manager sees this and addresses her lack of customer service skills. Felt very very unwelcome.

I've never been made to feel less welcome in a place of business before. I came in with a few questions about a bathtub, and the sales lady's tone and demeanor was icy and almost standoffish. The gest of the conversation was that they didn't really stock what I was looking for, which would have been fine, had there been some effort on her part to guide me towards a solution. Instead I left feeling shut down and shooed out the door. I'm leaving 2 stars because I came in the previous day, and when I walked into an empty front showroom, one of the salespeople in back found me and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Maybe it was an off day for the sales lady, but the experience was bad enough to steer me away from this business for good and actually take the time to complain about it online.
