We are very pleased with our new carpet from Home Depot. We experienced excellent customer service from the sales staff and installation was quick and clean. We had great communication throughout the whole process.

Door install. Bought a door from Home Depot they coordinated the contractor and was able to get it installed. I will say, there was an install error on the first attempt by the contractor. A new door needed to be acquired and yet another install needed to happen. I contacted Home Depot and they submitted a work order to rectify - no cost but time for me. I did have to follow up just to ensure it would be rectified. Overall, 5 stars. Mistakes happen, and the fact it was rectified with customer service is all that matters.
