I called them the day before because my basement flooded. They responded and were able to do the work and even repair the damaged drywall and plumbing. This company rocks and I highly recommend them.

Your drivers obviously need some help, as I can see other reviews regarding this.. but one of your drivers felt I cut him off even though he was 4 car lengths back on 205, and he flipped me off and threw his hands up for a good mile.. so unprofessional especially driving a company vehicle!!

Rescom Restoration is incredible! I had some mold in my crawlspace. They used their dry fog mold treatment system to treat my crawlspace and my entire house. I hired Rescom to remediate mold in my attic, and the entire project was a series of frustrations. Due to a scheduling mishap on their part, what should have been a one day job turned into a three day project, requiring me to take additional time off work.
On the first day, the employee on-site had to FaceTime the company owner for clarification, which was not reassuring as a homeowner. On the third day, work was delayed again because the crew did not have the necessary supplies to install the ducting from the bathroom fan and dryer to the roof vents.
After the job was completed, I hired other contractors to work on the attic and learned that the dryer had already been properly ducted by a previous contractor. Instead of addressing this, Rescom installed ducting to the roof vents for two exhaust fans, which we did not discuss. Additionally, the ducting they installed had over four feet of excess flexible duct with multiple bends that restricted airflow, which had to be corrected by another contractor. While the attic now appears to be mold free, the process was far longer, more frustrating, and more error prone, than it should have been.
