Contacted them on Saturday and Alex came out on a Sunday to fix my Wolf broiler. had it fixed in less than an hour, most effective and affordable repair I've ever gotten! Will definitely call them next time!

Had an emergency with getting the propane system on our new food truck up and running for our grand opening on Saturday. It was after hours on Friday and Alex came out and while he didn't have the necessary part,he told us exactly where we could get it the next morning. I won't say exactly what he charged for an after hours service call but will say it was a LOT less than any service call I've ever had to pay for. He even texted the next day to see if we were able to get it fixed. Very helpful and amazing customer service.

Exceptional service. Responded quickly and diagnosed the issue and had it repaired before leaving (big gas range needed new igniter). Alex took the time to show me some simple home maintenance I didn’t know I needed to be doing. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Our washer started making loud noises and smoke was coming from it this morning. I quickly turned it off and did a search for a appliance repair company. I found Alex from Home-Serv Appliance Repair and after I explained the problem, he scheduled to come out on the same day. As a fellow small business owner, I appreciated his professionalism, excellent customer service and demeanor. Unfortunately, it was not cost effective to repair our washer but Alex gave us not only a thorough explanation of the problem but also gave us helpful recommendations for both replacing our current washer as well as taking good care of it. Alex will be my go-to when we have appliance issues.

Alex went above-and-beyond to fix our washer. He took his time with the initial diagnosis, then when additional complexities came up over the weekend, he came back out on a Saturday evening to run additional diagnostics and ordered the parts needed to arrive by Monday. When he completed the repairs, he was thorough in his work and made sure to explain everything clearly. Top level service.

My left side of Samsung cooktop was completely dead. And the hot surface light stayed on all the time.

I contacted AAR via their Facebook message. They responded right away and booked me the initial diagnostic appointment.

Elijah was the tech who showed up on the appointment day, on time. He was patient and able to figure out the problem of my Samsung cooktop.

He ordered the part, which was arrived early so he just quickly stopped by my house and installed it.

The issue went away!

I was totally impressed because prior Elijah, I had requested several repair requests from several repair companies, and none of them was able to fix the root cause, but Elijah was able to, in timely manner as well!

I will absolutely refer Elijah and AAR to all of my friends.

Alex our technician was called because our washer had a leak. Alex was professional and found the problem right away. The repair cost was reasonable and done very quickly once the part arrived. Great, fast service. Happy customer. Had some issues with a relatively new dishwasher. I called and was scheduled for the next day, then got a call back to see if they could come that day. Sergi was checking out the dishwasher within an hour and rapidly identified that it was a part that commonly failed with LG needed to be replaced. New part installed a few days later. I thought there still might be an issue when the soap door didn't open, so I called back. Again, Sergi was checking things out the same day and quickly determined the problem was the way dishes were loaded, not the dishwasher itself.

Alex was very helpful and honest about the fact our washer was likely going to need costly repairs, so much that he recommended us to shop for a new one rather than try to repair. We were thinking the same but it was good to have a professionals opinion to confirm. We were able to get him to come out next day and even earlier than the scheduled time. Definitely recommend.

Home-Serv came out to repair our LG dryer same day that I called. Repairman completely took apart the dryer & successfully resolved the issue. In addition, he replaced the non-standard external dryer exhaust outlet. He was very professional & upfront pricing. Dryer is working well now.
