Dissapointed. Contacted you on 3 separate occasions in 3 different ways including from your website. You didnt message email or call me back.

My grandma used this company for many years, for her lawn needs. They were always good to her, but once I started to handle it all for her they because very wishy-washy.

There's been at least 3-4 times they no called no showed on me, and now our grass is a foot tall because I was home all last week and they DID NOT COME. The receptionist argued with my boyfriend, and insisted they did come by but they did not.

My grandma passed away in April, and the receptionist hasn't been very good to us since. All I ever wanted was just simple respect and courtesy. Don't waste your time with this company.

Miguel and his team were able to take my somewhat vague instructions and completely meet and exceed my expectations. It was a difficult job on a steep slope that would have taken me weeks or months. They knocked it out in a few hours. They even took care of things I had not even asked them to do. Really happy with the job done and I’ll be calling Miguel for future projects.

I called and made an appointment for an estimate the next day Teresa didn't show up at 1pm, so I waited until 2 pm and called her. She apologized and showed up, but didn't take any notes or measure my project. She told me she'd text an estimate that afternoon. The next day I called and she said she would send one later. It's now Thursday and I have yet to hear from her. If they don't want the work it would be more professional to decline it rather than not responding. Very disappointing!!

Miguel and his crew are top notch. We were able to book them quickly. They showed up on time, worked hard and exceeded our expectations. Miguel really knows what he’s doing and his services are reasonably priced. We will definitely hire him again for future projects.

Roy's Yard and Haul really impressed me, because they do everything from yard work to gutter cleaning, hauling, and tree removal. They work extremely hard, and there is no job big or small that they can't tackle. I highly recommend their services.

Had some holly bushes that had become trees growing as high as our chimney. Eric and his crew made quick work of getting rid of them for us and left our yard tidier than it was before. Fair price and excellent work.

Eric at Roy's was responsive, prompt and courteous in all his interaction -- from inquiry response, to providing a quote, and most important, providing quality work. I had my yard cleaned, New mulch spread and gutters cleaned. Nice work and affordable. I will hire them again.

Eric was quick to respond with a bid, provided excellent quality work in hauling away yard debris, and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended for any landscaping needs.

I trusted Eric with yard for several years and never felt like I got anything except his best effort. He even killed off couple seasons of horse tales which are such a pain. Give him a shot and you won't be disappointed, I strongly recommend Roy's yard and Haul !!!!
