Two technicians came to our residences to diagnose a well pump cycling problem. They were professional and very knowledgeable in pump operation. They thoroughly checked our system and referred us to a business that performs water leak location. Sippel Well is one of the best in the business of well operation. If I could leave a negative review i would. Paid to replace my moms well pump and they put a crappy pump and died within 5 days. The guys came out on the weekend complained the whole time it was his day off trying to charge my mom a service fee. Now another week goes by and it’s broke again, called again and no one answers. My mom’s a widow and has ZERO water. This is ridiculous!!! Furious.

I have 60 year old drain pipes with a lot of buildup downstream of the kitchen. (The previous owner was a chef; a lot of grease had gone down over the years.) My plumber said I would need hydrojetting to fully solve the issue next time it clogged, but that he didn’t have the equipment to do it.

So when the inevitable blockage appeared I searched Google Maps for someone local, and found True Grit located nearby. I gave them a call, and within 24 hours they’d cleared the clog and cleaned the drain pipe down to the main line.

Service was quick and friendly, and about 70% of the price I had expected. I’ll definitely be calling them back if I need a different service they offer. Five stars!

Good place. However, there's a warehouseman that helped me with my materials, and I swear he hadn't showered in a couple weeks. Too overpowering. Might need to take a moment to address that in a professional setting.

We purchased over $800 worth of plumbing stuff from them. We returned a small portion of it and they were beyond rude. The old guy was punching the keyboard with his fingers then tossed the pen and paper at my girlfriend to sign. Never again will I buy from them and I wont let any contractor that I hire purchase anything from them.

Don't waste your time. They won't help the public -- only contractors, who will jack up the price for their cut. So you will end up paying for two "middlemen". So we are forced to deal with Home Depot now for inferior quality, but that's the market.

Bought about $55 worth of fittings from their Albany store on Friday. They did not have PEX-A so I called their Salem store to see of they had it. They indicated they would not sell to anyone other than a plumber or contractor. I am building my own house and will now be ordering about $2500 worth of plumbing supplies online. So much for trying to support a local business.
