I am so grateful that Jonathan at PNW duct cleaning answered my distress call. I was dealing with grease in our crawlspace and couldn't find any duct cleaner who dealt with that. Jonathan told me that they would take it step by step until they found the issue and took care of it. They discovered my rangehood was not ducted all the way through and grease was dropping into crawlspace. They removed old hood, cleaned up mess, installed my new hood and duct properly. I feel so thankful they were willing to take the time to troubleshoot and repair. The crew we worked was knowledgeable of the work they were doing and respectful.
