Excellent service. Brayden did an outstanding job with our furnace replacement. We requested him to inspect our old furnace as it was generating some concerning noises. Brayden diagnosed that the fan motor was deteriorating, leading us to decide on a replacement. During the fan removal process, he further examined the heat exchanger and discovered a substantial crack. He clarified that this crack was releasing carbon monoxide into our home. Given the age of the furnace and the various issues beyond the fan, mostly due to the previous installation, he suggested a full replacement. We are grateful for the swift response to fit us into the schedule and the transparent communication about part availability and his arrival time. Brayden, along with his assistant Tracy, committed a full day to the task. Now, we are comfortably enjoying warm air without the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. This was all done in Avondale.
