They no show no called for an estimate we setup. When we called after the appointment time the guy that answered said he'd call the electrician. He didn't ask for my contact information or anything. We then called back a little later and got hung up on. Definately would not have them come out for anything.

I have a lot of old wires in my basement hanging from the ceiling. Some are from a vintage speaker system and phone wiring that ran through my house that were cut off.some I didn’t even know what they were. They were next to my thermostat and cable wires. So I had called 4 other places to make sure I didn’t damage anything or hurt myself. They all wanted to charge me anywhere from 200 to 400 dollars with out even seeing it. I called ken the night prior and said he could come the next morning. He showed up on time and checked them out for me. He walked me through all the wires. Since there was no work to be done on his end he didn’t even charge me. I highly recommend him.

I was completely confounded by my experience with Ken and this company. I was met onsite to review the work and promised a quick estimate. When I followed up I did get an initial text response, and then complete radio silence. Repeated phone calls and texts went ignored. I was nothing but a consummate professional in my communications. Crickets.

Ken is a lifesaver literally most of my power went out and I went through different Electricions who were dishonest and just tried to charge for the worst scenerio possible without even taking a look to much in the issue . I found Ken he came out had a very chill vibe and he was extremely knowledgeable and found the issue he’s incredible I was stressing so much and he fixed my problem in less then a half hour and didn’t even charge me!I couldn’t believe the miracle that bestowed upon me I could hug him .my family thanks u so much and he gained our trust we will be back for him to take care of our fuse box.he came out same day by the way! I was out of electricity in my house this morning. Called Promaxx services and spoke to Ken, who said, he would be at my house in an hour. As expected, he arrived at 10:30 AM and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He made a phone call to PECO and corrected the problem. I would highly recommend his services for any electrical issues. He was knowledgeable and reasonable.

Ken was knowledgeable, fair, and straight to the point. He installed our Tesla charger in 2 hours. Everything worked perfect. Thank you Ken!

When I say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company I mean it!! I had an electrician come out yesterday from another company and they quoted me 50% more than Promaxx! Thank goodness I looked for a second opinion. Not only did they come out early the next day, the technician was extremely courteous, kind, respectful and knowledgeable! I paid HALF of what I was quoted from the other company and the work was completed in HALF the time. If your looking for a professional and adjustable electrician, don’t walk, RUN to Promaxx! They won’t disappoint!

I called Ken on a Thursday night and he was able to come out the next day. I would not be here so we decided on the following week. His two guys arrived on time and installed two ceiling fans. Their work is impeccable. They were done in 1.5 hours and the price was very reasonable. They came during a violent thunderstorm and the one worker saw my trash can fly down the street. He was so kind and actually went and got it for me. I would def use Promaxx again. They are AWESOME!

I would HIGHLY recommend Promaxx Services. We had NO heat in the house & we were told it had something to do with our breaker box, by another professional. After calling over 10… 24/7 hr electricians, I was starting to loose faith. Until I spoke with Ken. He came over right away & fixed us up. He’s amazing & now the heat is ON!!!
I definitely recommend Promaxx Services & will be calling them back in the Spring to replace my electrical needs in my 197 yr old house

Mac and Mike came out and did a fantastic job repairing my electrical issues. They were very professional and courteous!
