Dowd Mechanical heating and air conditioning is an awesome company. They are all the above good quality,professional,responsive, on time. They are also very informative and very clean. They let you know everything and when they are done they take the time to go over the unit and the work they have done. They clean after themselves and take their trash when finished. The technicians are very professional. I really 100% recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning installations and other services. I am very happy and pleased with their work. They get 10 stars from me.

Dowd was recommended to me by a co-worker. Our heater fan stopped working. Even though I was not an existing customer of theirs they came out quickly order the part and made the repair quickly. I did check and their rates were fair. Ever since they have been doing regular maintenance on our system. They are always informative prompt and very polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any service they offer.

BEWARE…Inflated prices, poor customer service and loyalty. To make this short spent $13,000 with this company to install a brand new system and within 2 years began to have multiple problems. Hundreds of dollars in service calls with no remedy to the issue. One technician spent a total of 11 minutes at my property. Lastly, I was quoted $560 for a service (majority of that being labor costs.) Had another company come today and charge $165 for the entire job that was completed in well under an hour…. GREAT JOB DOWD to stand by your work and customers. (Sarcasm)
