I highly recommend GJC Electric! A few weeks ago, the power in a few rooms of my home suddenly went out. My husband tried to find the problem but could not. I called Greg, he was here that afternoon as one of the rooms was our home office and I was in a panic about my computer not working. Greg spent a lot of time going up and down from the basement to the third floor trying to find the problem. After a lot of detective work he determined the problem was not actually in any of the rooms that lost power...the problem was in my sons bedroom which still had power. Thank goodness Greg took the time to find and fix this problem - the wires in my sons rooms were starting to melt and eventually would have caused a fire. Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous, & Thorough are a few words I would use to describe Greg and his team at GJC Electric. He responded to my problem quickly and I did not fall over when he handed me the bill for his services. Can't ask for better than that!!

I paid an $80 service fee and a $125 out of pocket fee to GJC to repair a breaker, to find out three weeks later that I needed a breaker repair to get my range to 240 volts. At the time of the visit I had asked the tech about my stove which he did not bother to check the outlet for voltage/power. His visit to my home took 3-5 minutes, he did not have any tools nor did I get to see what any breakers look like. I did see him switch my panels back & forth. I did call my appliance company which they came out and confirmed it was a breaker issue. I contacted GJC and asked if they could come out which they said they could sometime AFTER the holidays and I would have to repay the fees. When I called to get information about the owner “Katie” somehow forgot her bosses last name and refused to provide me any information. When speaking to the warranty company, I was made aware that the technician Greg had given statements such as “he showed me the new and old breakers and he checked all of the outlets” none of which occurred. I would not recommend this company

Greg came out on time as scheduled with a call 30 minutes before arriving. He assessed the non functioning light fixture/switch and quickly rectified it. Excellent work and fair price. Recommend
