I’ve been without heat for weeks until I contact this company and the gentleman name Kevin came out and solved the problem not once but came out twice to see if everything was working good. This company responds back in a timely manner and gets the job done no waiting for weeks with Kevin thanks a lot .

Tenant put some strange items down the disposal. After cleaning it out and the motor refused to turn with key. Submitted a claim with home warranty and set up an appointment since I was unable to do it anytime sooner. They came on time and replaced the disposal. Friendly on the phone too.

Had an appointment window of 4 hours, they didn't show up or call to update. I called multiple times for updates and was told they were "on their way soon" but no one ever showed up. They closed without calling to tell me they couldn't make it and never rescheduled. I'd stay away from them as much as humanly possible.

Af Costa is a very reputable company and Kristopher was an amazing a great experience. A F cost had to redo all the work that should have been done by Five Star Plumbing, who did nothing for $1600

Hands down one of the easiest companies to work with. They are timely and will go the extra mile. They fixed our AC and furnace and I have zero complaints. Both the office staff and techs are professional and hard working. Thanks for everything.

They came in gave me an estimate, waited for them to call back ended up calling them back made appt. They came Thursday went straight to work fixing leaking hot water tank and septic, I live in mobile home, very professional. Will post how job went. They finished up work, not everything on list but fixed it anyways thanks Cost

I am very happy with the work that was done on my AC unit to get it up and running as well as the sewer work they completed a month ago. Very reasonably priced and HONEST. I had estimates by three other companies and Cost was by far the best. Thank you.

I can not express enough how amazing this company is. I have been going through the worst time with EBG Properties (stay away), as I just moved into one of their properties. A.F. Has been working feverishly on my behalf to fix the issues and are extremely responsive. Shelby in the office is beyond kind, and is a gem! This company is better than both the property company, and utilities company! I highly recommend them!

AF Cost & Sons was referred to me from a Home Warranty company after another company was disappointing.
AF Cost was timely, informative, and professional from back office to repairmen sent to fix/replace my main home sewer line.

Extremely disappointed with their customer service. We scheduled an appointment through our home warranty service a week ago to service our AC. We were told the technician would be arriving this morning. We called the company around noon and they said the technician was running behind schedule. We called back around 3:30pm and was told the technician was coming but they couldn’t tell us what time. It is now 7pm and still no technician. I understand things happen but not a phone call, apology, or any explanation as to why they were a no show! We took a day off of work to sit at home and wait around all day for them. This company needs to reevaluate their customer service standards. Absolutely ridiculous and complete waste of time!!

They were responsive and polite over the phone. The technician who came to fix our leaky pipe was professional and thorough. Although he was just called to fix a leaking sink pipe, he went out of his way to clean the tub drain when he noticed the tub was running slowly.

I was impressed. My ac was not working properly. I called Frank and his tech came when scheduled. The tech was very kind and knowledgeable. He had my ac fixed and running perfectly in no time at all. Great company will use them all the time.

After two other plumbers came to assess the work. One who falsified information and another who was going to charge me $1,200 to go through my walls.. Ryan of A. F Cost and Sons came to save the day. He got our tub back working with a new stopper which was the cause of the leak not a waste and overflow as I was quoted

Bruce is rude, no customer service skills at all. My pipes are making a noise and he is a master plumber and says he has no idea why they are making this noise. Wow. Just wow. Don't use them. Will go elsewhere.

To add since the owner wants to make smart comments. No one asked anyone to lie. My warrenty company said they would replace an old water heater and you people keep telling me you won't replace it, because you simply don't want to. A plumber with thirty some years experience should know why water pipes are humming. To not know makes me question the ability of your technicians. I'm shocked this is the first time he's had a bad review. The first time you people were supposed to come here you blew me off. Have a great day!
