Beyond happy with these guys and how my carpets look! Chris Smalley is a great guy and knows his stuff about carpets. He added on a staircase for me last minute too because everything else looked so nice. My carpets seriously look brand new. Great experience with this company and will be using them again!

I called them on Monday to get a price and have them come out to clean the carpet in my rental. They called me back to schedule after giving me the price and also emailed the quote. Thye were so quick to respond to the email and the scheduling request. They made time for me on Thursday and gave me a 2 hour window and they text me prior to tell me they were on their way. They were on time and then on top of all that wonderful customer service they performed a miracle on the carpet in less than an hour!!! They are amazing and I highly recommend and will absolutely be using them again. The price was very reasonable and well for the entire apartment.

I have used royal touch cleaning multiple times and have always ended up with beautiful clean carpet. Chris does a great job explaining the process and his team is very respectful of our home (putting down liners, making sure wall corners are not rubbed by cords, covering their shoes, etc). From the quote, % scheduling to the actual appt, everything is 1000%. We will not use anyone else for our carpet cleaning!!

Chris was very good, responded to emails promptly and a confirmation email was sent when we scheduled. Speaking of scheduling, he gave me dates I was unavailable for due to work, so I asked if they had availability on two other days, Chris explained he would check and get back to me, he did just that, and was also able to get us on schedule one of those 2 days. We received a text when the crew was 20 minutes away which was great. But most of all the dining room chairs we needed cleaned look phenomenal now. Definitely recommend Royal Touch Cleaning. Prompt and professional.

Second time using Royal Touch for my carpets and I can’t say enough good about this company! They always do a beautiful job, don’t leave me a messy bunch of water down my tub drain ( like a big name company did) and the guys are so nice! This company is top notch and I am going to be recommending them to all of my friends and family! Prices SO reasonable too!

Most recently, Chris went above and beyond by making adjustments to HIS vacation day to meet my emergent needs due to a water leak in my home. Chris is a very pleasant, hard working, professional who goes the extra mile to be sure he covers ever possible scenario that could occur and actually communicates with you about his plan of action. ⭐️⭐️Highly ⭐️recommend! ⭐️⭐️

I used royal touch cleaning about 4 years ago for carpet cleaning. We have since gotten a dog so the carpets were way overdue for a cleaning. I love how my carpets looks so clean. I also had the hardwood floors deep cleaned and buffed-they turned out terrific. I will continue to use this company as their professionalism and work ethic is outstanding.

Easy to schedule and flexible, sent reminders and were great when I had to reschedule. All in all, they did a great job - cleaned our carpeted living room area, our sectional couch, and a futon (that my cat peed on!) and all turned out great. Professional with use of mats and shoe covers. Accepted a personal check. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their carpets/upholstery cleaned!

We have hired Royal Touch Cleaning several times over the past few years to take care of the carpets in a property that we rented out. After a particularly dirty tenant vacated in January, we had Royal Touch out to clean the carpets as well as do a deep clean of the hardwood floors. As always, they were on-time and did a fantastic job. The wood floors haven't looked this clean since the day they were installed 11 years ago, and the carpets look absolutely fantastic. I'm pretty sure these tenants NEVER cleaned, and the amount of pet and human hair ingrained in the carpet was repulsive - can't even tell they lived there. Super happy.

Chris did an awesome job cleaning the rugs in our new home, and he did it at such a great price! The dog smell was gone, the once ragged looking carpets now look brand new, and he even stretched them to get rid of the loose spots. Plus his availability was much more open than the other places I had checked with. I would recommend Royal Touch to anyone looking for great service!

Our neighbor had her rugs cleaned by Royal Touch and was very pleased. Based on her recommendation, we contacted Chis had received an estimate for our entire house. His prices were very competitive. We were also extremely pleased with the results. Chis arrived on time, was professional and meticulously cleaned our rugs. Frankly, I thought the carpets, which are about 10 years old, looked good as new after he was done!

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Very happy they answered the phone on my first attempt and scheduled my job right away. Gave me an appointed time and the gentleman called prior to showing up to let me know they were on their way. They spent three times longer on my carpets vs Stanley Steamer. Will use again and recommend for sure. Nice to deal with a business that cares, nowadays that's rare.
