Dillon was our service tech, and did a great job on both service calls! He first did our furnace maintenance, where he was personable and efficient. He explained that we needed to replace our combustion tank, and quoted us on the spot. His second trip was to replace the tank and again, performed his job professionally and efficiently!

Dylan N serviced my oil tank today and did a phenomenal job. Very professional and efficient. I highly recommend Donahues for all AC and heating jobs.

2 months later I had a relay fail and Tim came and was extremely polite and knowledgeable and got me back up and running. Thank you!

We've used Donahue's for years. Today Don and Dylan arrived on time and did our spring checkup. They were professional and courteous and got the job done promptly.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Dillon came out to do a yearly maintenance and found a crack in my boiler which was 45 years old....so it served me well. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Mark came out and did a thorough estimate detailing everything that would be done to install a new unit and remove old items. Kevin and Kyle worked together to remove old furnace, switch pipes and installed a wall unit that takes up much less space and is going to be much more efficient. Jim checked in with them thru out the day to ensure everything was going smoothly. The team work was amazing and Kevin and Kyle were so organized...returning tools to their proper places when no longer needed which made clean up a breeze...I was so impressed! I will continue to use Donahue's to service my air conditioner and my furnace. Can't say enough good things about all of them...highly recommend this company and their services.

Called to have service as my HVAC Unit wasn't blowing cold this spring. They got me an appt for 2 days later, and called me a day earlier to let me know a tech was available.

It worked for me so Zach came out and replaced a capacitor on my unit, good as new I've got my AC back. Quick, professional service. He walked me through what he was checking and doing, ang gave me prices on the service/part before install.

Service men were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Explained everything they were doing and when completed, went over the new system in detail. Install was very clean & neat.

We were so pleased with our service guy Bryan Reisz. He was right on time. Also he was very efficient, professional, polite, and has a great sense of humor. We love Donahue's service.

I've used Donahue's for a few jobs now, some small and some big, one was a full furnace replacement and I couldn't be happier with the work they did for me. All their employees have been great, the latest was Rod, he replaced the gas valve on my hot water tank in about 10 minutes and managed not to lose any water from my system. Highly recommend using Donahue's!

Highly recommended to come out and inspect our AC unit. The turnaround was 1 day from call to door. The tech (Todd) was incredibly knowledgeable. He spent the time not only resolving my issue but explaining an informing me. He was here for 3-4 hours. My pipes on the one machine were frozen so a follow-up appt was needed. But Todd fixed other issues quickly that other companies told me to just buy a new system.

The next appointment was with a different tech (Zach k) who was able to complete my original service call. Thanks to Todd's knowledge drop on day 1, I was fully prepared for all scenarios that could have pkaye out on day 2.

Our outdoor AC unit suddenly stopped working in mid-August, while temperatures were in the high 80s to low 90s. I called Donahue's, and a technician was at our door within a few hours. The technician was Rod and he was exceptional. He took the time to explain, in simple terms, the issues that caused the AC unit to seize up. He quickly and thoroughly repaired and cleaned the unit, and it has been running great ever since. We could not have asked for a better technician. Highly recommended.

Beyond pleased. Our furnace stopped working Tuesday evening and Donahue's had someone out to our house before other companies even called back with a price. Speaking of which, their after-hours rate was the best out of everyone we called, sometimes as low as half of the competition! We had a two-part service since we needed parts ordered, and both technicians - Zack and Caleb - were friendly, respectful of our home and animals, and explained what was happening. All phone calls were made or returned with prompt and friendly service. Can't recommend them enough!

I called for help during these extreme cold temps they came the next day and was able to replace my thermostat immediately Jeremy was very helpful and friendly I will be using this service again thank you!
