My service technician was Daniel. He was very professional, detailed, and got the job done safely, neatly and quickly. He also wore booties which I didn't ask and that was nice and respectful. He shared with me what he did and what I can do too if I run into an issue again. Like their slogan, it was "speedy expert service!"

First time using Mr. Appliance. I was cautiously hopeful that they were good.
They were outstanding.

I chose Mr. Appliance based on their high recommendations. Mo made a quick inspection of the dishwasher. It was apparent that he was right as the problem was some plastic debris that melted on the heating element. He cleaned the filter and reprogramed the unit and ran a test to insure everything else was ok. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and early for the appointment. A very good experience and I would use Mr. Appliance again. All stars are applicable. The original service call amount paid for the visit.

Highly recommend this company. I called and got my dryer fixed the same day (within the hour). My technician was friendly and very knowledgeable and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly, having the parts needed with
Him.

Alain, who came to check out our dryer (5 yrs. old), was on time, totally efficient and gave us the bad news that to repair it (motor was going & cost to fix it was $580 but still dried the clothes though it sounded like a mack truck), said if you can put up w/the noise let it go to the end & get a new dryer. Most importantly, he pointed out to us our 30+ years Maytag dishwasher - he said they don't make the parts anymore or the color - was totally appreciated. We can see 2 new appliances somewhere on the horizon. Thank you, Alain, for your expertise and we would recommend Mr. Appliance to all our friends!

They were prompt and on time. Angel was the repairman they sent and he was very good in diagnosing my dishwasher. He ordered the part, returned on the day that the part would be delivered and installed it. The dishwasher is running now. I am very happy with their service!

Valentino came out to the house to look at our oven issue. He was polite and diagnosed the issue in a timely manner. We already had the replacement part needed so he was able to fix the issue same day. Would use again in the future.

We had a great experience with Mr. Appliance! Derek was professional and courteous. The parts were not available but were ordered, came in quickly and then Derek was back to install! The whole experience was seamless from first phone call to the fixed oven! Would highly recommend.

I had water leaking out from under my refrigerator. The tech, Jesreel was on time and very professional, diagnosing the problem quickly and making the repairs competently. He explained everything to my comprehension, left no evidence he was here and made sure we had no questions. The communication process was very thorough as well keeping us informed.

The employee and the company that came to fix my refrigerator. I called Friday evening and had a appointment for 11am on Tuesday he was here 10 minutes early. He was very efficient told me step-by-step what the problem so I understood. And made sure I wanted to move forward. Before, just doing it and walk the building through with me so i understood cost of the repairs..

i have already paid this company $1500 and nothing has been fixed. Every time i call i get a call center in some other country that wants to start all over again with all of my information. I spend 10 minutes giving it to them, repeating it and spelling it and then they transfer me to someone else who wants to start ALL Over again. I am frustrated and furious

This is the second time we have used Mr Appliance and both times they were very responsive and totally trustworthy and professional. Daniel was our technician both times and he was great.

Scheduling an appointment was very easy, and my appointment date was even moved up for me! I liked that they sent a text letting me know who was coming to my home ahead of time. Josue was punctual and honest. He informed me was the possible cause was with my dryer. Pricing was reasonable and if any other appliance issue arises I would definitely call again.

Charged me upfront fee to diagnose problem with my refrigerator $168 with tax . Repair estimate was over $2000 . Called competitor and they fixed it for $800. Incompetent personal .

Called the service number, very friendly plus they were able to get someone out the next morning which I was impressed by. Got a text to confirm with a photo of my tech…an extra step for safety I thought was really nice. My techs name was Alain, he was on time, very personable, diagnosed quickly & explained everything - had me up and running within an hour. I was super impressed! Definitely would recommend.

Unfortunately, after two visits, the tech found that the repair job could not be done. However, it was very professional, very courteous, and we look forward to the partial refund promised
