Please do not use this service, very poorly run that completely oversold their service. Everything about the service is poor we are a small local plumbing company based in southeast PA.

Bill and his team are the quintessential "Go to" team for all matters of construction consulting!
Our matter was related to a full foundation stability issue and how to address damage as reported by a third party contractor.
This is where the general contractors get separated from the professional engineers -- and it really matters in such an important situation.
Bill was entirely thorough in assessing the entire structure of our property; completely clear in laying out options; and totally professional in all interactions.

I have use Contractor Consultant Services INC. on 3 separate occasions and have found that they are well rounded on all facets of home repairs. A couple of years ago I just needed my home to be re-guttered as the ones I had were failing. I was gotten to in a timely manor and the job was completed in one day and I have had no problems. Next time I accidentally used a plunger and blew a whole in a drain pipe that was behind by ceramic tiled wall. In less than 3 days, Their plumber Marshall removed the tiles, and removed my toilet, and vanity. He then tied into the main line with a new drain and re-tiled the wall, reset the toilet and replaced my vanity (new). There was no trace of any work was done and we love the new vanity. Most recently I contracted with them for a brand new roof, both shingles and a rubber flat roof. They made sure that weather would not be a factor on the day of installation and tough they had to re-schedule I was Sooooo glad as the original date the heavens opened up and it poured. I had asked not to be home on the day of work as I could not bare to see my roof torn off and the mess on my lawn. On the actual day I was pleased to show up that evening to find the job complete and my yard was spotless! (it was planned for a day and a half job) They are so versatile that they are the one stop home repair for our family and many friends. (Thanks)

When I first saw the mess in my house from the water leaks that occurred this past winter I thought my home would never look the same, until I met Bill Entriken. He consulted with me, surveyed the situation, and worked with the insurance company to ensure that my home was repaired in a proper and timely manner. After Bill was finished the structural foundation of my home was more secure and the aesthetics were more beautiful that I ever imagined. The best part was his honesty and reliability. Since I am a working mother, I needed someone who I could trust to take care of my home, and I found that in Bill. We signed up with The Contractor Consultants the end of August 2025. From the start communication was difficult! We would reach out via email and phone and no one called us back. We were unable to see any resumes that came through nor did we receive any candidates for the positions we posted. When having a virtual meeting with our account rep to discuss our concerns, he pushed the meeting to one of his colleagues. That colleague promised a phone call from our rep to discuss our concerns with him, but we did not receive a phone call at all from him. A few days later I emailed because I hadn’t heard anything and finally got a response. The next virtual meeting we had we were told we could not cancel the services yet, as it had not been 60 days yet. We addressed concerns and were promised things would be better. They were not. I emailed again to cancel our services and I was told that since we were cancelling on day 70 we would not be refunded services. With a 100% satisfaction or our money back guarantee, we would like our money back and they are threatening sending our account to the legal department if I post a negative review. I would like to have a full refund for services that we never received and we are not satisfied with what they did provide. I would never recommend this company to another business
