Didn’t really want to give a star either… Had an issue with our plumbing last week two guys came out they had to snake one of our drains from the outside, and surprised that they picked the wrong drain they picked my neighbors drain… When we told them that the back of the toilet was leaking they told us that it wasn’t. They snake the toilet from the inside of the house instead since they couldn’t find the right drain told us our issue was fixed. Only to have them come back out the next day to address another issue. Things were fine for a week until the first problem started leaking again. Call them at 3 o’clock, I realize it’s a Saturday and They have to call the people that are on call… I waited and waited and waited at 8 o’clock I called again to ask why they haven’t called me was told she had no idea and that she put it in for an emergency and have someone call me. 915 still no one‘s called me called again got a different operator this time who is extremely rude I asked why I haven’t gotten a call she said that they are backed up??? Really? Because I called at 3 o’clock and no one‘s called me back at all she said she put my name in again… And hung up never bothering to ask who is calling Or took my number... Really?? This is how you treat customers? This is how you treat people who have an emergency? Thanks thanks for nothing

The woman who owns this company, Robbin Nocella, is an actual psychotic monster. They got my job almost two months ago. They ran into an issue with concrete under my sidewalk. I called every other day to get an update. She never called me back and when she did she just said it wasn't her problem. They finally figured out they could do it with a different machine and it would cost more. She refused to send me any type of documentation on what the new charges would be. They were scheduled to come tomorrow and she called to tell me I needed to somehow move all of the cars on my south Philly street. She told me I needed to move my car in front of my house. There is no parking on my side of the street. Her guys put the signs on the side of the street where there isn't even parking so obviously everyone stayed in their parking spots. She kept trying to cancel and I was begging her not to because this has been months now. She told me she was going to send the change order for me to sign because I was "giving her a headache" I said that would be great I'm happy to sign and see what the cost will be. She called me back when I asked again via text and told me I was lying that she had just told me she would send it over. She berated me and told me I was rude and she said I was uppity. I was completely calm the entire time, I just needed an answer. I truly think this woman has a severe mental health disorder. I would never recommend anyone to do business with them.

The plumber was supposed to be here at noon, no call no show I kept calling he ignored my call I had my mom call from her phone he answered, fast talking he had some BS excuse then said he'll be there soon. Find someone else don't waste your time.

We all know it is extremely hard to find a very good specialist. I was lucky enough to be introduced to New Touch Plumbing about seven years ago and it was love at first job they have done for me. I've been using these guys and only these guys since then for my personal home and my investment properties. First and foremost, they are very responsive and reliable. They do an amazing job and do it right the first time and are priced well. They have gotten me out of a jam in the middle of the nights and weekends, blown water heaters and busted pipes are no fun in the middle of the night.
